Kona Makai # 2-201 est une option fantastique pour vos vacances à Hawaii. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont largement mis à jour la propriété avec de nouveaux meubles magnifiques, ont installé des carreaux dans tout le condo et ont mis à niveau la propriété avec tout ce dont tout invité peut avoir besoin.

Cette belle unité située au 2e étage est située dans un coin très recherché du bâtiment n ° 2 du Kona Makai. .La propriété a 1041 pieds carrés intérieurs, avec une Lanai de 129 pieds carrés! Sièges de salle à manger en plein air disponibles avec une chaise longue pour bronzer!

Pourquoi louer une unité # 2201 .. Récemment rénové en 2019, condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains en bord de mer à Kona Makai.
2ème étage avec vue imprenable sur la piscine et l'océan.

Kona Makai est l’un des premiers projets de condos en bord de mer à Kona. C'est près du coeur de la ville de Kailua. Emplacement idéal près des magasins, des restaurants et de la plage de la jetée de Kailua. Le bâtiment 2 est très bien situé dans le complexe, à proximité de la piscine en bord de mer.

Des jardins tropicaux luxuriants vous accueillent sur le trottoir menant à la piscine et au bain à remous face à l'océan. Rêvez des heures en regardant les baleines en saison ou plongez dans la piscine ou le spa. Grand espace barbecue avec cuisine et tables.

Le centre de remise en forme est bien équipé avec des vélos stationnaires, un moulin à bande de roulement et des haltères pour les entraînements intérieurs. Courts de tennis au-dessus du parking couvert.

The condo was spotlessly clean, with access to linens, towels, beach towels, lawn chairs, dishes for cooking and lots of other useful things! The pool and grounds were perfectly maintained. Tennis courts were also well kept and great to play on! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Comfortable unit close to town

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had a full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry as well. Easy to cook while here using the kitchen or the grills down by the pool. We used the pool quite a bit and the ping pong table a bunch. A few notes for other travelers - there’s lots of signage about no jumping in there cannonballs - or even floatation (noodles, rings, etc) or ball throwing in the pool. Something to be aware of if you have kids. The unit could benefit by blackout shades in the master bedroom.

Great Summer Get-A-Way with Friends!

This property is perfect for traveling with another couple. It has two bathrooms that are en-suite to each of the bedrooms. The home gets a nice cross breeze of natural AC along with supplemental AC when we first arrived(from Seattle). The pool and entire property are kept in great condition and there is a sense of tranquility and peace while staying here. We enjoyed the proximity to town and walked in a number of times. It is a great place for those wanting to explore the island, which we did thoroughly; driving to the Volcano NP, Green Sand Beach and a number of snorkeling locations to the south and to a number of beaches and valleys to the north. I highly recommend this place for those who want access to town with peace in nature.

Beautiful Condo with a couple of small quirks

The property was in excellent condition and had a beautiful view across the pool area to the ocean. The interior was very nicely appointed, with two bedroom both with en suite, full kitchen, roomy living room, and washer/dryer in the unit! The quirks: 1) When we got to the complex, there was a note on the door from the property manager to fill out a form and drop it in the box. We had no communication with the manager during our stay. 2) The 'front' bedroom (facing the pool area) had only a sheer curtain on the window! In the evenings, we could see, and obviously could be seen by, our neighbors -- whether we wanted to or not. Bottom line - regardless of the small quirks, the property was awesome and we'd definitely book again!!

Great Kona Condo

As noted in another review, the bedroom facing the pool area has sheer curtains only so mornings are early and bright😎 Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us comfortable as needed. The grounds are very well maintained with gorgeous landscaping. The community is very quiet which was fine for us on this vacation but could be seen as prohibitive to some: no talking on your phone or playing music on the lanai. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Plenty of parking and wagons to carry your groceries or luggage to the building. The location was great and a perfect home base to go exploring the island from. We grilled by the pool and made many meals in the kitchen and found plenty of dishes, utensils and glassware. (We has friends staying in another unit that this was not the case)We would love to come back again!

An amazing experience

The description was perfect to what we experienced. Great rental unit. Super clean and organized which made our stay the best it could be. A great homebase to launch our adventures on the island. And always nice to end the day with the best sunset we've ever seen followed by a swim in the pool and a hot tub. The unit had all the amenities needed and best of all it had in-unit laundry services which was so amazing and allowed up to do a carry-on for our time away instead of luggage. So amazing The property group was great to work with as well. We actually stopped in to the office while randomly passing by. The two girls in the office where easy to deal with and were so genuine and helpful. They followed up during our stay. Kept in contact and I can't say enough great things about the property management company especially Blake and the two lovely ladies in the office. We will definitely stay here again without question and have already told so many of our family members the same. While there, we totally enjoyed the Volcano National Park, the black sand beach, the local strip in Kona, and of coarse the kona coffee. A great stop for everyone is just a few hundred feet away at GREEN FLASH for some of the best breakfast coffees and drinks around. And great conversations.Canada is home but will always remember this vacation!!!

Fantastic property in Kona!

This was the perfect oceanside property for my wife and I and our two adult children. The ocean view picture in the listing is an understatement - the view from the lanai is terrific, especially at sunset, it was a treat every day. Overall quality of the unit is superb, it had all of the amenities we needed for a 9-nite stay, even plenty of kitchen gadgets. All in all we were very satisfied with our experience.

Great condo, very clean, nicely equipped, very comfortable!

Overall this was a wonderful condo, very nice views, great location, well equipped, comfy bed. I only have one negative. The master bedroom is completely exposed to the outside. There is no privacy because the curtains are see through. Given there is a huge mirror in the master opposite wall to the window, the lights outside really were reflected into the master room at night also. I did request something to cover the windows, property management was very apologetic but owner refused. We also had an issue the first couple days with the television remote not working. Someone did come in and fix it. We also did not have consistent hot water for showers. Overall this was a very nice place, very comfortable Air Conditioning, excellent location, fantastic outdoor lanai.

Fabulous location and amenities

Unbeatable location and amenities - steps to the best view around! Wonderfully appointed unit, impeccably clean, everything we could possibly need in our home away from home. Pool super clean, grounds are wonderfully maintained and the location is great to walk into town (40 min). I would definitely stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a great experience. Had a bad invasion of spiders in the kitchen. Contacted property management, said they would send pest one came and never received follow up call. Couldn't leave anything on kitchen counters without small spiders covering everything. Also place needs better cleaning. Ceiling fans covered with thick layer of dust and spreading everywhere when fans running...had to limit use in certain rooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as pictured on the website. It had a very nice view of the ocean too. The grounds were extremely well maintained. They cleaned all the outdoor furniture including the 3 grills every morning. Would stay here again and highly recommend this location. Very close to downtown as well.

Great location and condo but in need of some updates

Perfect location for watching over the pool and the ocean. The condo worked fine for us however is in great need of a couple critical updates that wouldn’t cost much. The coffee maker is a tiny 2 cup pot. So strange…my husband and I had to make 3 pots every morning just for the 2 of us. It’s the tiny size you see in a hotel room. Weird. Pots/pans and utensils are terribly old and lacking in usability. Again, it’s cheap to go but a new set at Walmart and would make a huge difference. Lastly, closets rods were all rusty which is expected so close to the ocean. The rust is all over the hangers and you risk ruining your clothes if you want to use the closet. They need wood rods in there instead. Another cheap upgrade that would help.

Amazing, Amazing Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is hard to imagine a more perfect stay than ours was here. Not only were the amenities listed all perfect, but there were amenities we didn't even know we needed, like a blender for morning smoothies or an amazing recliner for afternoon naps! The views from every window in the house are stunning, three ocean views and one right out into the banana trees outside. The furniture is all new and very comfortable, especially the living room and it was so nice to have an eating area both inside and outside on the lanai. The location inside the complex was perfect, near enough to the parking lot, but very secluded and extremely quiet on the second floor. The complex itself was amazing, not only views of the ocean waves 10 feet away from the comfortable lounge chairs, but coastline access so you can go down and look at the tide pools yourself and grills just a few feet away if you'd like to cook outdoors. You can also get ocean views while swimming in the pool, which is just over the top amazing. Not to exclude the amazing, lush landscaping with beautiful trees, bushes and flowers that were all immaculately maintained. There was always plenty of parking and the location of the complex was perfect, close enough to downtown so we could drive in quickly, but far enough away to be much less crowded and busy. When we had to communicate some very minor issues, our host responded super quickly and the issues were fixed in one case before I even knew it. If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I would!

It’s clean and comfortable and has plenty of fans. It has a/c but we didn’t use it (the owners mention that they prefer you don’t use the a/c).We like to eat in and we found the kitchen along with the outdoor bbq area to be perfectly adequate. It’s well situated for easy access to town. We had a car for the week and there is plenty of parkingMattresses are firm. Furniture is comfy. Grounds are well kept, and the pool is a plus. There are also lovely little birds that visit you on the lanai each morning during coffee (Kona variety - the best!). You will also find yourself pausing (wherever you are) to watch the sun set each night over the Pacific. The view from this condo is spectacular.This is my 3-star way of saying this place gets a 4+ star rating.
