Studio for 2 people maximum. In peace, in a closed villa. It is a studio of 28m ², having a beautiful terrace. No vis à vis. Inside, separate kitchen, separate bathroom, separate toilet.

Air conditioned studio (optional package 40 € / week).

The studio is ideally located, close to shops. The sandy beaches of Juan Les Pins are less than 1km, easily accessible on foot.

Bus stop at the exit of the path of the villa.
