Studio for 2 people maximum. In peace, in a closed villa. It is a studio of 28m ², having a beautiful terrace. No vis à vis. Inside, separate kitchen, separate bathroom, separate toilet.

The studio is ideally located, close to shops. The sandy beaches of Juan Les Pins are less than 1km, easily accessible on foot.

Beautiful studio- can’t recommend enough

We really enjoyed staying in this studio. It was very clean and offered everything you need for a good stay. Great hosts, who gave us tips on local supermarkets and restaurants. My partner and I travelled by car and the studio is located perfectly if you want to go to the city center, beach or jump on the highway to visit nearby cities. Highly recommend!

AMAZING SOUTH OF FRANCE APARTMENT

I based myself in Antibes to explore the South of France and this was the perfect apartment to stay in. It is conveniently located and i could take the train to every city in the French Riviera as well as Italy. This is also close to the Antibes beaches. Stephanie and her dad are amazing hosts. Both super sweet and highly communicative. The apartment itself is super clean and beautiful. There is enough space for cooking, working and sleeping. I recommend staying here.

Fantastic little hideaway

My husband and I stayed at the studio for 7 nights. There was everything we needed, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 ring gas hob, microwave and fridge freezer and hairdryer. The studio looked just like the photos and was clean,comfortable and quiet. A large Intermarche supermarket was a 5 minute walk away. We took the train to Monte Carlo, Nice,Menton and Villefranche-sur-Mer. If coming from the UK I would suggest downloading the Trainline app as you can purchase tickets in GBP and your tickets are stored in the app. Unlike the UK you cannot buy tickets on the train. We also had a few beach days, 10-15 minute walk from the studio. We bought some beach towels and rented 2 sun beds, a table and umbrella for €22 per day if purchased via the website antibesjuanlepins.com If not, it’s €20 per day but availability is not guaranteed. There are toilets and beach showers available here. Head down to the beach using the route shown on the map in the studio and turn right at the beach. The beach with sun beds is located opposite a white building with blue balcony railings. There are shops and restaurants nearby that you can get lunch,drinks etc. We ate at the pizza restaurant at the bottom of the road during our stay and it was lovely. Stephanie and her dad were great hosts, very helpful, friendly and approachable. They happily helped with any queries we had, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Schöne Unterkunft

Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Studio mit allem, was man braucht. Bequemes Bett! Das Studio hat einen separaten Eingang mit einer kleinen Terrasse, auf der man schön frühstücken und den Tag beginnen kann. Ein Pluspunkt für uns war auf jeden Fall die ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet, ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Côte d'Azur zu erkunden! Stephanie und ihr Vater Monsieur Aubry sind sehr freundliche, diskrete Gastgeber und die Kommunikation hat immer hervorragend geklappt! Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!
