We really enjoyed the area. Moors is literally right across the street. We loved being able to have a private boat dock as well! The house itself was a little outdated which caught us off guard for being a rental. Not a huge deal though. Some things weren’t as clean as we wouldn’t have liked them to been. Overall it was a good stay with minimal problems.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Well decorated and furnished with the feel of that old fishing shack but more comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and nice big bathrooms. Decks and porches were amazing as we ended up with a rainy weekend. The covered boat dock is perfect and there is an outlet on the dock that we charged our trolling motor batteries with. Nice big back yard and-as listed- it is literally bordering the Moors resort giving you access to the restaurant and marina. Nice big driveway allowing ample parking for our trailers and vehicles. Our host was super helpful and responsive. There are a few minor things that need some attention-front screen door shock is loose-a few cabinet doors that close tight/loose. Having a few fans available that could be used on the back deck (we had record breaking heat/humidity this weekend). Overall though it was a wonderful stay and when in the area we will be checking back for availability!

Great lake/fishing experience

Wonderful, well equipped home. A bit too close to the Moors for my taste, especially when they have an event there. Well maintained property and functional layout. Only negative eas lack of rubber bumper on dock edge.Allison the host, was very friendly and helpful too!

Great Location

Wonderful stay. I would not say the home was completely wheelchair accessible as it did have steps to get in and narrow bathrooms. But our family who sometimes uses a wheelchair can walk so we managed. Very clean, great yard for the dog and great covered back deck. The location was close to everything and we would stay again. Thanks so much.

Harbor House is Great!

Loved the home, the view, the fenced in yard for small children & dog, the private dock & the location of home! The property is within a very short walk to Moors where we rented a pontoon boat. It was close to Ralph’s bar & grill too. I loved the covered deck as well with a huge tree in backyard that provided shade which was important because my husband has stage 3C melanoma cancer! My husband & me & our young adult children all had a great time! We agreed it was our favorite home on a lake and a very nice lake at that! A shout out to Allison she was great to work with! A very nice home & property & area….. we will be back!

We loved this place! It was super clean, the host was great and the location was even better! The backyard was huge and fenced in, perfect for our pup! The porch was spacious and a baby gate was available to block off the steps. It is a pretty busy and loud road but “quiet hours” start at 10 p.m. and it did get super quiet after that! We will be coming back!

The property was within walking distance to the boat launch at Moors Resort and Marina. The covered private boat dock behind the house was great. House was very roomy and the decks were awesome. It rained one evening and we all enjoyed the covered portion.

The comfort of this home made our trip more relaxing. Just what this mama needed! So many memories made on the back porch, in the yard with our dog, and swimming/fishing down by the lake. We can’t wait to book for next year!

The home is great and we had a great time. The home was clean and very nice. It was great having our own dock. This place is right next to the Moore’s and they have a great restaurant. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher.

Great time at Harbor House!

We had everything we needed and loved the porch. The property is conveniently located right next to Moors Marina. We visited on Memorial Day weekend so there was a lot of activity. Our pontoon fit easily in to the dock on the property. The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed this stay very much and thank the owner and property manager.

Great week at the lake

The home was perfect for a family week at the lake. Everything you need for boating or just relaxing is right outside your door. The property manager and owner are both very responsive and just really nice people who care about your experience. This was our second trip to the home and we will definently come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager is very helpful and friendly. Owners left a welcome basket which was a nice touch. Property is clean, handy to load and unload boat, walking distance to get ice cream, pizza or a full sit down meal at Ralphs. We would stay again.

Great home to stay at on the lake

My husband, our 4 kids and I really enjoyed the house for the week. We got good use out of the dock since we brought our boat. We loved all the beach/lake decor. The wrap around deck and huge fenced in backyard was awesome. The dogs loved it and we were happy to have them on vacation with us! Plenty of space for all of us! All in all a great place to stay. Hope to come back some day!

Great Location!! Beautiful House! Boat Dock was Great!!

We had a great time at the Harbor House! The accuses to the boat dock was so convenient. The location on the lake was great around many things to do. House was very clean and Allison, the property manager was great to work with. We got to bring our fur babies and they had a great time as well. The fended in backyard was perfect for them. Great way to spend the forth of July!
