2 story, 650 sq. ft townhouse in Thimblewood complex at Kirkwood Mountain Resort
1st floor includes full kitchen (breakfast nook), large living room (sectional couch has queen fold out AirDream inflatable mattress and twin bunk bed murphy bed) gear storage room & 1/2 bath.
2nd floor has queen bed loft with full bath & washer/dryer
Full basement for storage, waxing area & firewood
Additional full queen inflatable mattress or twin Disc-O-Bed cot bunkbeds
Large wood fireplace w/ blower - oak used during winter deducted from deposit
$3,400/month for winter months or $1,800/month for non-winter months + utilities paid by tenant (water, sewer & electricity)
Available for longer lease starting May 2026 but normal winter lease is minimum of 5 months (usually mid-Nov to mid-April to match Kirkwood Ski Season)
