  • Perfect stay in Tahoe!

"Fantastic in every way! The layout of the home was ideal for our family. Plenty of room for the kids. Bunk beds were a big hit! The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The location is ideal! Walking distance to an awesome bakery and walking distance to a great beach for sunsets. The pool, tennis courts, and playground were awesome, too! Every afternoon after a long morning hike, we can back to the pool and swam and relaxed. Nikki has been very accessible, communicative and responsive. We will 100% be back!"

  • The cabin is charming, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the lake.

"My husband and I will rent here again. I almost hesitate to give such a glowing review because I would rather keep this place to ourselves. The owner was so accommodating and professional, however, and we had such a great time, that I just have to tell the truth. Mark keeps in touch before arrival, has a binder with all information you could possibly need upon arrival, and clear directions for how to use everything! Every bedroom has its own television, and the living room has a huge TV. With every cable channel you could want. But the view will keep you from the tv. The cabin is just as described. The pictures are accurate. It is over-stocked with bath, hand and wash towels, kitchen towels. Lots of nice hot water for cooking, and bathing. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. The lake view is just lovely and can be seen from the kitchen, living room, and downstairs bedroom. We walked to the HOA beach almost every day. It's less than a mile. It's a beautiful walk although you do cross Lake Blvd. There are plenty of "good breaks" for crossing. The cabin is also close to the Sunnyside. We walked to a few lazy breakfasts at the Firesign, some lattes and cinnamon rolls at Westshore Market, and to mass at Corpus Christi. As empty-nesters, we invited our grown kids and grand-baby-infants to join us.They all had a great time. We feel that the time spent together here was priceless. I think we took advantage of all the cabin had to offer. Hot tubbing under the stars, BBQ's on the deck with cold beers and wine, coffee in the morning on the deck, poker nights in the kitchen...we only wish it had gotten cold enough for a fire in the REAL WOOD fireplace. Each room was nicely decorated, and CLEAN. This cabin is our idea of the right blend between modern convenience and classicTahoe Charm."

  • Charming, comfortable, cozy VRBO. Perfect. Excellent

"We had a delightful stay in September. The location was great...easy access north or south...easy access to a biking path, which we did almost every day, as well as a neighborhood roundabout bike ride in the morning to wake us. We especially enjoyed the little Market next to Sunnyside. Good value for tasty sandwiches or even a pizza to eat in their casual dining area. Comfy bed, shower, altho tight, was hot and "powerful." Family room was outstandingly comfortable for TV nights. Even used the BBQue on Labor Day for our once a year hot dogs. We'll be back every September and hope this VRBO is available. It has our name on it when we're there. Thank you."

  • All about the location and the view!

"The owner provided pertinent information in advance for our stay. We arrived and had no issues getting settled in for the week. The home was well equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The home was clean upon arrival and met our expectations. We would gladly return for another stay. One minor detail but not a deal breaker is that the living room furniture could use a gentle cleaning or be replaced. We absolutely loved Tahoe City, the home is located very close to the main strip, the beach and not far from Emerald Bay and DL Bliss, both worth the drive!"
