*Location* Beach retreat walk to Rehoboth Ave

Location!! Location!! Location!! Walk to all the restaurants and bars Rehoboth has to offer. Beautiful newly renovated townhouse in the coveted Victoria Square location. 5 blocks from the beach. Our house has two dedicated parking spots directly in front of our house and beach cruisers for your enjoyment. We have an outdoor shower and grill located in our private patio which is great to use after a long fun day at the beach. Extra linens and towels are located in the upstairs closet. Both our TV’s have full cable and streaming services Netflix and Prime so you can sit back and relax at the end of the day.

Our house is a three story townhouse with a keypad on the front door to make check in super easy and 2 parking spots directly in front of our house. Master bedroom is very large with a king bed and plenty of floor space if you wanted to add an air mattress or pack n play for a child. Middle bedroom has a queen bed in it. Third floor loft has a queen bed and full size futon in it. Extra linens and blankets are located in the closet near master bedroom. Washer and dryer located on 2nd floor with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.

Rehoboth beach is a very family friendly walkable and bikeable town. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and unique shops within walking distance to our house. The famous Rehoboth beach and boardwalk is .9 miles from our house. A 5 minute drive or bike to the beach. I’ve listed below some of the well know places to eat and drink that are all less than a mile of our house.

.4m Egg offers a great option for breakfast and lunch. Farm to table atmosphere and I suggest trying something new each time you go because everything is fresh and delicious. Unfortunately no reservations but the wait is worth it and they do have a few outside tables.

.6m Dogfish Head Brewery offers great drink and food menu with a very large restaurant so it’s great for big groups. Live music most nights during peak season. If you like beer I recommend getting one of their flights so you can try the new beers they are always brewing.

.7 m Lupo Italian Kitchen is one of our favorites and offers homemade pasta and great happy hour deals 5-7 both on and off peak season. Wednesday is half price pasta! Unfortunately they do not take reservations but the wait it worth it if you can’t snatch a seat at the bar.

.8m FINS Fish House & Raw Bar has a great dinner menu and $1 oysters during happy hour. They get very busy so I recommend making a reservation. The tuna nachos are my favorite.

.8m Stingray Sushi Bar & Asian Kitchen Wednesday half price sushi rolls and EVERYTHING is delicious here. Great outdoor patio for dining.

.8m Conch Island Key West Bar says it all in the name. Super fun large bar with great music nightly. This place gets busy and that’s part of the fun! Squeeze in grab a drink and get on the dance floor.

.9m Purple Parrot Grill is just an all around fun place to hang out. Great outdoor area with sand and comfortable chairs. Great big menu and always lots of fun events like Drag Karaoke and DJ’s on the weekends.

.9m The Pines offers upscale coastal dining in a very chic atmosphere. They usually have a pianists or acoustic music to enjoy while dining. Great for a romantic dinner.

1.0m Henlopen City Oyster House has a very large food and drink menu. $1 oysters and a lobster mac & cheese that I can’t live without. Always a popular restaurant on and off peak season. Reservations highly recommend.

1.0 The Pond Bar & Grill has live music most nights and a very large food and drink menu. Great place to listen to a band and dance your night away. Also great for sports if you want a place to watch your favorite team.

1.0m Arena’s Deli offers seat down quick meal great for the whole family or take out. Delicious large sandwiches are great to order ahead to pick up when heading to the beach.

Funland on the boardwalk has games and rides for the kids and there is mini golf too.
