With balcony access from the living room and the master bedroom, you will never disturb the rest of your family when drinking that morning coffee or late beverage on the large balcony. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom, with its own private bathroom, has a double bed, plus a twin bed, and a large double closet. Additional guests may sleep on the convertible, queen-size, sofa sleeper. A fully equipped kitchen features Corian counter top with breakfast bar and three bar stools. An additional half bath is located off the kitchen.

Palm Beach- a hidden gem!
This was our 3rd visit to Palm Beach. We love having a low-rise facility with only 5 floors and 100 units. The location is perfect, directly on the beach with Gulf State Park across the street with it's expansive 25 miles of paved and raised walking/biking paths. The condo living area was nicely decorated with a aqua, beachy theme and tiled floors. The bedrooms could benefit from furniture replacement and replacing carpet with tile. The Goodsman property managers are efficient and reachable . They checkin after guests arrive to make sure everything is ok. We have used them for each visit to Palm Beach and will continue for future visits.
Nice clean quiet
Nice place not too busy to enjoy a nice spot on the beach but close enough to shop and dine. Unit was clean on arrival and not a lot of noise to disturb you. View of gulf was incredible!
We love having our guests visit Palm Beach again and again. The owners just updated the living and dining areas with new furniture this past November and we are working with them to update the bedrooms and replace the carpet in both bedrooms. We appreciate your kind comments and look forward to your return.

Nice but could use some upgrading
Property was clean and in a quiet location. Check in was easy and the followup by the manager was great. We had no issues with anything not working in the condo. Condo was a little outdated and could use some upgrading. Having separate baths for the bedrooms was a nice feature. Kitchen could have been better stocked, but we made it manageable for the week. Furniture in the living area was small and uncomfortable and hard for a family to sit together to watch a movie.
The location was perfect for beach access. The condo could have used a few beach chairs and beach umbrellas to make the stay more pleasant.
The area that this is not near any walking sidewalks or populated areas, so if you plan to go out to eat or shop you will need to take your car to travel there.
We appreciate your constructive comments and are working with the owners to update the bedroom furniture, carpet and kitchen amenities. The living and dining areas were just updated with new furniture in November. We always put sofa beds in the living area which we all know are not the most comfortable for sitting or sleeping but this provides an extra area for additional sleeping. The living area has a love seat and a 3 cushion sofa bed to watch the new 50 inch LCD TV.
During the high season beginning the 2nd week in March there are beach lounge chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for guests to use for a fee. Since the City of Orange Beach requires all beach items to be taken off of the beach nightly this service provides our guests with an easy way to relax at the beach without hauling chairs back and forth daily.
Our area is low density resort which makes the beach area very attractive to many guests. As for sidewalks along Perdido Beach Blvd., the city has furnished a walk/bike path on the street and if guests want to take that hike, just cross the street and you have access to 20 miles of nature trails to walk or bike along in the State Park. (There is a bike rental just across the street.) The area has chosen not to put sidewalks along the boulevard from Fort Morgan to Perdido Key which includes Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The street is busy and the walking trails are much safer for the many guests that visit our area. The shopping and restaurants are spread out within the area, so yes, you might want to jump into your car to taste all the fine cuisine and the many shops and even the outlet mall.

Easy to rent and to check in/out. Lower density property so the beach is not as crowded. The condo itself is adequate, fairly well equipped. Tiny kitchen with the very basic essentials provided. You could cook a meal well enough but you may notice a lacking in certain kitchen accoutrements. Master bedroom and bath are well above average sized. Second bedroom and bath are adequate and exactly as described. The half bath was perfect for an additional space for one of the girls to get ready. The size and storage in there (1/2 bath) was surprising! Mattress in the master needs replacing soon. Units in this complex overlook the pool so during the busy rental season noise might be an issue (if that matters to you). Unit was very clean except the deep tub in the master....it was yucky!! Linens are basic. I would bring my own next time. Overall a good, clean, functioning rental unit. We received a personal call from the owner/rental manger to confirm that everything was okay, which I appreciated! Biggest flaw for me in this listing is the check in (4pm) and out (10am) times.
We appreciate your input as guests and will always take your comments seriously. We strive to make your vacation a great experience. We are working with the owner to add more amenities to the kitchen and updating the bedrooms. We are working with our Cleaning Service to improve the quality of linens. I am sorry you found the master tub “yucky” but that is one of the reasons we call our guests to find out if we can improve on the unit and check on housekeeping. If we were informed of the tub the cleaning crew would have been asked to come back and clean it to the satisfaction of our guest.
Yes, we have a 10AM check out and a 4PM check in. Our cleaning crew needs that time to get our units cleaned and set up for the next guest especially during the busy season. I am sure you can appreciate this service. Our cleaning service prides themselves in making our units desirable for all our guests. If a guest should arrive before 4PM you just need to call us and we can check with the Cleaning Service to see if the unit has been cleaned and inspected. If the inspector has approved the unit for the next guest, then you will be able to start your vacation early. As for the 10AM check out, we need to enforce this departure time so our Cleaning Service can have the unit cleaned for the next guest who is eager to start their vacation. If there is no guest checking in on the departing day we can make arrangements for a guest to depart at a later time. Likewise, if the unit did not have a guest departing in the morning the arriving guest would be able to get an early check in time.

Amazing fall break!
We loved the condo and the stay at the beach! It was so nice and clean and the weather was wonderful. The owner called us twice during our stay to make sure all was well and to let us know the door locks were being upgraded during our stay. Such a personal touch. Looking forward to returning next year!

The State Park has paved walking & biking trails just across the street from Palm Beach. Rent a bike next to the trails and tour the 13 miles of trails, showing the wooded areas, lake, and wildlife. Take a thrill ride on the Zip Line at the State Park.

Weekly Rates available from May 26, 2018 to August 3, 2018 ONLY. A cleaning fee of $130.00 plus 13% Alabama Lodging Tax, reservation fee security deposit is added to the quoted rate. If a credit card is used an additional 3% will be added for the Credit Card processing. A non-refundable Reservation fee of $30 and a refundable $150 Security deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. The $150 will be returned 3 days after departure if there is no damage. Rental fee is due 30 days before arrival.
