Very nice condo with great location. Cherie was very responsive to our messages before and after we checked in.

The condo was just as listed. Beautiful decor and view. Owners were wonderful to work with too! We loved having the extra room and bathrooms. The patio furniture was nice and tall which made looking out to the ocean even better! Overall a wonderful property!

This is now the second time we've stayed at a VRBO Allen Property, and we LOVE it! We give it five stars. We were able to snag an early check-in, thus enhancing our time at the beach. We look forward to the newly remodeled space, the minimalistic decor, the cleanliness of the sleek lines and soft spaces. The master bath is like going to a spa day! We stayed at this condo in July 2023. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The condo is nicely renovated with comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. The mattresses were great which is always questionable when booking. The beach is a short walk and it was great that beach chair service is included with the listing. The building is close to great shops and restaurants. The only real complaint we had that I'd want to know about if I was booking this is the pool noise on the porch is quite loud. We enjoy sitting outside after a long day on the beach and the noise made this pretty unenjoyable until late in the evening after everyone had left the pool. This is probably less about the condo itself and more about the building in general. I think the way the pool is situated with the building, this likely happens for everyone unless you're higher up. We had a broken family room sliding door track, but thankfully we could go out through the master bedroom to get outside. The owner mentioned this is in the process of being replaced. Lastly, this condo includes two parking spots, but neither of them are reserved. This doesn't seem bad, but the unreserved spots fill up really quick, so we always wondered if there was going to be a spot open when we came home from dinner. Overall, a great experience and we'd book this building again, but would probably opt for a higher floor to block out the pool noise.

The property was beautiful. We’ve stayed at admirals quarters three times in the past and love the condo. This was our first stay in this unit And Joe was fantastic. The property was extremely clean and very well stocked! We had 10 people in the unit including a very active 2 year old and we all had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the extra large dining table so that we could all play dominoes at once. There was an issue with the balcony not being available, but Joe contacted me a few weeks out and let me know the process and was in contact with us up until the day we left! We could not have asked for a better host. We feel that Joe is part of our family😊

We were very happy with the condo. So calming and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and had everything that one would need during your stay. The ocean view was heavenly. Just perfect. Thank you Tom for allowing us to stay at your blovely condo. I did have a problem contacting you and I’m so sorry that I couldn’t let you know when we arrived and checked out. We were out at 9:00 a.m.
