Shared Community Organic Garden to plant or simply enjoy sitting, enjoying our CA Ocean Breazes. Parking on the property for 2 small or mid size vehicle in front of guests unit. Seven minute drive to Ventura Beaches and 3 minute bike ride to catch the Ventura/Ojai Bike trail to either the beach or to Ojai. The Mountains to Beach Marathon run by this property. When its foggy at the beach its always sunny in our little Mountain Valley. Its a quiet country setting just minutes from the busy downtown and beach areas. We have lived in Ventura County for over 20 years and enjoy managing a number of furnished rentals in the area along w/ taking care of our family of 7. Husband is a General Contractor and Wife works in Social Services and we enjoy working together to make our residences comfortable for guests staying from out of the area.

For guests who want to be close to Ventura but prefer living in a quiet country neighborhood setting vs. the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the location. You wake to hearing the birds sinking in the am, and in the evening watching the birds fly from East to West overhead to the ocean. You can sit on your front porch or private patio in the back yard enjoying the ocean breeze. This unit even has a large tree with tree swing to enjoy. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown, and 15 minute drive to Ojai. Carpinteria is a 20 minute drive.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
We chose to purchase this property years ago because it was in a residential neighborhood at the end of the street/ cultisac on 1/4 acre with large Community Garden in the front, and each end unit has its own front porch and private gated yard. Its hard to find properties in California with land now a days. It is also sunny year round at this location, as in Ventura there can be Coastal Fog quite a bit of the time. Locals love this side of town for just that reason. We actually own our own home on this side of town for the sunshine factor. Also if there is ever any issues/ needs/ concerns while guests stay at the property we are just a text/ phone call away from being able to help with any of our guests needs.
