**Renovated** - Freshly painted, new Smart TVs, new furniture, new tile in Bedroom and beautifully decorated in a casual Coastal decor. Free Beach Service during Season and High speed Internet Service**

Features include granite counters, 18' tile on the diagonal in kitchen, living room and dining area, and a tiled backsplash. This unit features crown molding throughout, designer window treatments and comforters, shower curtains, pillows and gorgeous art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa and chair and beautiful accent pieces of furniture. There is a 60 inch Smart TV in the living room and a 40 inch smart tv in the bedroom!

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, a master bath with jetted tub and designer granite counters. For your convenience, there is a secondary half bath with a granite counter top. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view sipping your wine or drinking coffee!

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for a long weekend getaway. Steps from the sand, it had plenty of room for us and all the amenities necessary to make it a relaxing stay. Located right on the beach, there was plenty of private parking and Destin Commons was only 1.5 miles away with tons of shopping and eating options.Communication with the host was great- we had a few questions and received responses right away. Thank you for having us at your home!!

This is a beautiful condo that is beachfront and that is what we wanted. There is nothing like being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in minutes. No need to get in the car. It started to rain, no big deal, we walked up to the condo and watch the weather from the balcony and then head back down when it passed. It was wonderful and we will be back!

Great location, right on the beach. Condo comes fully equipped, also 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Very nice area with great restaurants close bye, Destin harborwalk and Destin Commens shopping district. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Linen washer smell

The broken washer was never replaced; owners did not ever come through with a new washer the six days I stayed. The quilts need washing and the broken washer smells, its guts were open with a screw diver on top of washer. Management was great. Not their fault. I love Crystal Sands. I never had an experience like this; if I could own one of these places it would be clean and always updated . Beach is beautiful as usual.

My Destin Stay

I had never been to Destin before, as well as never seen the ocean. So both were new to me and I had a blast. The VRBO was perfect due to the fact that it opened right up to the beach, and the view from the balcony was amazing!

We purchased this beautiful condo in Nov, 2006. It has a great view of the Beach, but we immediately remodeled it with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new stainless appliances, new tile and carpet, crown molding, new light fixtures and faucets and new sinks in the baths! We also updated the bedding and custon drapes for the living room. The condo is not decorated in your typical 'beach' theme which folks tell me they are very tired of. I have a great cleaning person and a great maintenance person! Jerry and I are retired but I manage my 3 condos in Destin and some local properties as well. We keep busy! We have one daughter and Son in Law, Jennifer and Henry, and 3 grand kids and one step grand kid (Haylea is 14, Jack is 7, Baby Henry is a few days old and Katie is 14)
