Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and very clean when we arrived. The pool was great and one of our favorite parts of the vacation. Check-in was simple, and the management company was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We would love to come back!

Great Seagrove Beach Stay with Plenty of Space

We had a great stay at this large home in Seagrove Beach! There was plenty of room for our group, and the large parking area was a huge plus with everyone arriving in separate vehicles. We also enjoyed having our own pool to relax in. The location just off 30A was convenient for getting to the beach, restaurants, and everything in the area but super quiet. Beach Luxury Vacations was great. They were easy to work with and very helpful during our stay. Overall, a great option for a larger group!

The house overall was great! Kitchen is very well equipped. The pool was great. WiFi was perfect. Space was more than adequate.The place is so close to the beach. Sheets were dirty on one of the beds, it took 2 days to get a response to get them corrected. The sheets were soiled. Some on the towels are stained.

Excellent property host that was very responsive and answered all our questions. The home is very nice with plenty of space and privacy. Very close to the beach access and the kids really enjoyed the private pool.

Spacious beach house next to the ocean

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious beach house. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for 2 families and their kids, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home is only about a minute from the ocean, which was amazing, and despite being so close, it still felt quiet and secluded. We would definitely book again.

We had such a great stay at this home. It was a fantastic fit for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable without ever feeling crowded. The private pool was one of the best parts and ended up being where we spent so much of our time when we were not at the beach. With a short 2 minute walk to the beach it was easy to go back and forth. We loved being able to come back from the ocean and relax by the pool in the afternoons. The location was excellent and so was Beach Luxury Vacations.

Next to the ocean

We could not believe how close this home is to the beach, it's literally right across from the beach parking lot. In fact, the driveway at the house is bigger than the entire beach parking lot, which made unloading and parking incredibly easy for 4 cars, we could have fit 8! The home itself was spacious and perfect for our group. With six bedrooms and a private pool, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day at the beach. The location alone makes this home hard to beat, and we definitely recommend! Beach Luxury Vacations was really great to work with too.

Great Vacation!

This location cannot be beat. The 2 fridges were helpful for our big group. We could walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The house is a bit older but it was very clean. The management company was the best we have ever worked with. Thanks guys!

Lakewood

We rented Lakewood for a few days in July. The house was large enough for our family, the fully stocked kitchen was great on those nights cooking in, it also has a private pool, plenty of parking spaces and so close to the beach access. We loved it and cant wait to stay here again!

Beautiful clean house. Close to the beach. We had wagons and rolled everything to the beach every morning. Pool is wonderful. Children thoroughly enjoyed. Plenty of places to gather and sit. Porch swings on both front and back porches. Quick response from host.

Enjoyable vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We have stayed here several times but now the management has changed. They were great! They walked us through all the updates and were already well versed on the homes details. We had a small issues with hot water and the staff took care of it right away.

Family Vacation

The home was the right size for our blended family, every bedroom having their own bathroom was awesome. Loved having the pool at the house for the 9 & 6 year old.The AC wasn't working on the main floor but after communication with the manager?, we were able to change the batteries in the wall thermostat, and it worked. We utilized the large screened in porch in the evenings for card games, etc. The beach was awesome!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Plenty of room. Amenities said there were many spices, so we didn't bring any. The only thing was salt and pepper so had to go and buy spices. They said there was a hair dryer so no one brought one and there was none. Was not great for family pictures with no hair dryer. Plenty of bathrooms but one of them was broke in master bath. Called on Sunday but was not fixed till Wednesday. Air conditioner got clogged, called on Wednesday and they replied back immediately and was fixed same day. The property management company was very nice and took care of us. The maintenance guys who came for bathroom and air were all very nice. Not sure if the house was thoroughly cleaned, but it was ok. We wiped down everything after we entered on Saturday. All in all we had a great time and loved the house. The beach was a short distance. We would definitely recommend it for renting.

This property was perfect for our big family with plenty of bedrooms and spaces to watch TV and play board games. The pool was clean and big enough with lots of room for sunbathing. There was ample parking space for our cars. My favorite place was the large screened-in porch with ceiling fans!
