MINI-WEEKS AVAILABLE! CAN'T STAY FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK? This stylishly furnished 3 BR, 3 BA condo is perfect for a beach getaway and is surprisingly affordable! Beautiful & bright with newer kitchen, high ceilings and ceiling fans. Unique 2-story floor plan affords plenty of space for up to 8 guests. 2 main floor bedrooms each enjoy en-suite baths while the 2nd floor loft offers an additional full bath and 2 separate sleeping areas, one with a queen bed and one with a set of bunk beds. The screened porch overlooks one of the 3 fabulous community pools. Mere minutes by bike or car to Rehoboth beaches, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping, Captiva Sands also offers tennis courts. Available for Fall/Winter/Spring Rental as well - $1400/mo, including all utilities except electric. - Please call office at No smoking, No pets.
Guests pay $75.00 cleaning fee for 7+nights and $150.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Great location, close to everything

Everything as detailed in the listing - well-appointed kitchen, good layout, comfy beds, having three bathrooms is great! Very quick drive to the main beach/boardwalk area. Pool is very nice!

Very Pretty, Very Clean, but a little tight

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Older folks in our party would have liked an elevator. Bedroom on 1st floor needs a closet and dresser, plus curtains...5:45AM was too early and way too bright. Unit was very pretty and clean. Pool was great! Kitchen was lovely and well stocked.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental suited all of our needs for a 3.5 day group vacation. The location was in a prime spot- close to the beach yet also close to all the other attractions on Costal Highway. Only downside was having to pay extra for linens/bringing our own and lighting throughout the home would not work on occasion-but no biggie. Pool access was also a plus since jellies and bacteria levels were high on one of the days we went to the beach.

Much nicer than pictured

Great location for a family get together! Spacious and beautiful. Screened in porch overlooking a beautiful pool was perfect! Everything we were hoping for an more. The check-in/check-out process was effortless. Made our stay that much better.

Close to downtown Rehoboth

The condo was clean and had lots of beds but not much living room space for more than 4-5. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the condo was on the top floor with lots of stairs and no elevator. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The location was good but not close enough to walk to the beach.

Its a fine condo but I probably won't use VRBO again. Especially if the property is being managed by an agency.

Nice location but some issues

The location of the property was great as it was easy to get to any of the beaches by car and to costal highway for biking. The place itself was great for me and my kids. My only complaints were that the place was not completely clean when I arrived. The porch and all of the furniture on it we’re covered in dirt and so were unusable for the entire stay. Also the master bathroom toilet was not clean, and there was stuff left on the floor (makeup containers) in the master bedroom. Also the temperature control had issues as on a few days when we went out it would reset the temperature to 82 degrees and so we came back to a sweltering apartment that then took 2-3 hours to get the temperature back to a comfortable level.

Not at all satisfied

There were major safety concerns, as well as cleanliness issues that by and large have yet to be adequately addressed several days later. We picked this unit based on the pictures as well as the ratings. The pictures were most definitely misleading. It's a very small unit, with no tvs in the bedrooms, so if you sleep in the loft, you have to hear the tv being watched in the LR. Beds were not comfortable, furnishings were dated, although the ceiling fans were very unique. The way that we were managed vs the other reviews make me wonder if there was some underlying reason why we were treated differently... If you are ok with having to bring all of the comforts of home in your suitcase and don't mind lack luster customer service/ hospitality and an owner not the least bit concern about your safety.... then come on and book 4120 Captiva. I have booked through Vrbo several times and have never been THIS disappointed with a unit.

Convenient and Comfortable Beach Escape

Reviewer Comments: 4120 Captiva Sands was a great location for easy travel to the beach, avoiding US 1 traffic, we were only minutes away from the Rehoboth or Dewey shoreline. The pool sits directly across from the condo's parking lot. It was a great size for the amount of people using it on most days. I loved that it had a larger shallow end than most pools I've been to, making pool time more fun for our youngest who isn't a strong swimmer. It was also never crowded when we went, with plenty of umbrella-shaded seating. We enjoyed transitioning from saltwater to pool water daily, taking advantage of the pool's outdoor shower.The condo's kitchen was well stocked with appliances, including a coffee maker and toaster. We didn't spend much time on it, but the screened in balcony was small but nice. The living room was small, and the seating set-up didn't work well for a family of four as it had only a small couch and chair. Each bedroom had an on-suite bathroom, which were all well kept and clean. The condo is open to a lofted second floor, which we used as the master. It was a nice space with a second TV but the bed was wobbly and not very comfortable. As expected, it was also hotter in the loft and sound traveled up from anywhere else in the condo. I would recommend this rental to be considered for vacationers only really looking for two bedrooms or if all members of the party keep almost the exact same schedule (all the same wakeup and bedtime) so noise isn't a concern. I would not recommend this rental for a 4+ member party looking to eat at "home" frequently or who want to spend time "in" as both the living room and dining area are on the smaller size and furniture in those spaces fall a little short.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great for 4 adults and possible for children. Nice suites with attached bath to each on the first level. Loft upstairs with 2 bunks and a queen bed lacks privacy but that was stated in the description. Nice kitchen and great full sized washer /dryer. The seating in living space with only one full size sofa and a chair in the corner is lacking. Maybe smaller furniture arranged differently. Lots of parking and the pool view is lovely. The rental staff was very professional and receptive. There is a three flight climb to access the condo but overall would recommend for adults who want to be off the beating path with quick access to Rehoboth.
