Stay in a newly remodeled home within easy walking distance of the Notre Dame campus and the Eddy Street Commons dining and shopping district. Designed exclusively to be enjoyed by short term renters. I strive to give you the amenities of a fine hotel but with the space and privacy of home. As an experienced host with perfect reviews, I pride myself on providing the comfort, cleanliness, and lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.

I thought of every detail and have fully equipped the house/kitchen including fully stocked coffee bar, premium crisp white linens, oversized plush towels, robust WiFi to power everyone's devices, Cable TV with premium sports package, laundry facilities and supplies, luggage racks, hair dryers, bedside plugs, etc., etc., Just pack as you would for a hotel and leave the rest to me!

Relax in the comfortable seating area around the gas fire-pit in the private fenced backyard as you enjoy a glass of wine listening to the ND church bells or band in the background. The backyard also a gas grill and plenty of green space to toss a ball or play yard games.

With two separate living/family rooms, each with large comfy sectionals, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Sit on the covered porch while you look out on a large park across the street that features basketball and tennis courts, picnic pavilions and grills, multiple playgrounds and even a water feature for the kids!

Just a short walk to the Eddy Street Commons and ND campus, this location is hard to beat! The Eddy Street Commons retail and dining district features several bars, restaurants, and shops including the Notre Dame Bookstore and a 24hr Seven Eleven store.

I have been committed to extreme cleanliness since long before COVID-19. I pride myself on it! The home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, checked and reset between each guest by a consistent professional team. I use all white linens and have them commercially cleaned and sanitized. I use contact-less self check-in/out and have a buffer in the schedule between guests. Hand sanitizer and other cleaning products are offered on site.

Help the homeless by staying here! For every booking, I sponsor a guest at the South Bend Center for the Homeless. Stay in a great home while also helping someone in dire need.

Great home and great host!!!

DO NOT hesitate to book this wonderful home. The size of the home was perfect for 2 families and could have even fit a few more people. The back yard was amazing and the firepit was a wonderful place to hang out after exploring ND. Easy walk to Eddy Street and the Notre Dame campus. Everything was really clean in the home and our host was so kind, even providing a bottle of wine upon check in. Check in was super easy and the guide book for the house was easy to understand. Thanks Bill for an amazing stay! We cant wait to come back! Go Irish!

Fantastic home, great owner

Had a wonderful stay at Bill’s home. Very clean, well appointed, room for 14 adults. (With the help of some air mattresses!). Bedding and linens were very good quality. Kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyed sitting around the fire in the backyard, extra propane tank came in handy. Easily walkable to campus, ample parking. Bill was terrific and immediately responsive throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next season.

Excellent home and host!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Living room areas were perfect for entertaining. Property manager was readily available, responded promptly with any questions or concerns and made sure everything was all set for our stay. The location was great, a short walk to campus and campus shops/bars/restaurants. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, nice.front yard and porch, and relaxing backyard. I highly recommend both the host and the home!

Wedding at Basilica guests

This place was PERFECT! We assisted our grandchildren (ages 3,5,7,9) to participate in a wedding at the Basilica. This house could not have had a better layout for us! We put the children downstairs in the 2 queen bedroom and let them play and watch tv in the spacious basement area. Yard set up for entertainment and relaxation! Owner has thought of everything, even umbrellas in a closet for rainy days. Location was simply the best! Close to everything! Adult beds were comfortable and clean! Photos are accurate, layout is great for gatherings. Highly recommend this place for anything that brings you to South Bend!

Walk to ND. Great comfy place.

This house is very comfortable and convenient. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed, kitchen, bathrooms, and even games for outside. We had 6 adults, age 20's to 60's. One 3yo and one 18month old. Everyone had their own space. It's directly across the street from a beautiful park and playground which was perfect for the kids. The front porch is delightful, as well as the backyard patio. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant. It's less than a mile to campus, and even closer to bars, restaurants, and groceries. We had one minor problem during our stay and Bill instructed us how to correct it, with an extremely fast response time. We were in town for a wedding. Now, just hoping to find an excuse to come back and stay again. Every adult in our group has had multiple different rental house experiences and all of us give this our Highest recommendations!!

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was an older home that had been completely remodeled, and was just the perfect place for our family! The beds were new and very comfortable, with wonderful bedding! The beautiful kitchen was appointed with everything you could need to cook, or just have drinks and snacks! All of the furniture was beautiful and very comfortable! It was cold, so we never got to use the firepit and outdoor furniture, but it looked very nice and fun! Bill was a wonderful host and even texted me back (from out of town where he was on vacation) when we were having a little issue with the WiFi. Wonderful house to stay in and we totally enjoyed our stay in SB for a family wedding!

Very clean and Cozy

This property is going on my top 3. Bill has thought of everything you could possibly need when stay at a home. It is cozy and huge. Big nice front and back yard. Tons of dishes and silverware for more then 10 people, nice cozy beds an everything inside is updated. Also Bill’s communication was exceptional. I will definitely be stay at this property again.

As an involved ND alum and proud father of one, I found myself traveling back to campus many times during the year. I grew tired of the hotels and other rental options available in the area and decided to fulfill my dream of owning a home at ND. I helped pay for this dream by renting it out for some football games. One thing led to another and now I have several homes that are all less than a mile from the stadium. My homes are now 100% short-term rentals only and I remodeled and decorated them with that in mind. Having traveled extensively myself for many years, I strive to provide the amenities of a nice hotel with the comfort of home. I have partnered with a very professional cleaning company and linen service to thoroughly clean and sanitize between guests. I have also partnered with the Center for the Homeless and use some of the revenue from these rentals to sponsor their guests. I love sharing my homes and my love for ND and would be honored to have you as my guest!
