Typical Normandy timbered house in a farmhouse, located between Dieppe and Fécamp, a very peaceful place ro relax, close to the sea (6km of Veules les roses), close to the Caniel Lake - a Water park (5km) and St Valery en Caux.

The farmhouse is surrounded by an enclosed garden, and include :
- A dining/living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, hot-plates, dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer, etc ..)
- Upstairs two quiet rooms and a bathroom
- Internet connection is available

There is also a parking lot.

In the Normandy countryside, the farm of the Corderie is perfect to relax, enjoy bike rides in the fields.

Deux séjours, en avril 2019 et décembre 2019. Le gîte est très bien, aux deux saisons, très bien situé, les Giard sont très sympathiques et la région est très belle.

Merci à Madame Giard de nous avoir accueillis quelques jours dans son gîte. Celui-ci est très confortable, bien aménagé et très propre. Cerise sur le gâteau, notre propriétaire avait allumé le chauffage pour nous car il faisait un peu frisquet en ce début septembre. L'endroit est idéal pour sillonner la région qui ne manque pas de points d'intérêt. Nous reviendrions volontiers.

Heerlijk verblijf

Heerlijk rustige buurt. Midden in een piepklein dorp in de natuur. Echt genieten als je van rust en natuur houdt. Redelijk dicht bij leuke plaatsen en de kust. Huisje compleet ingericht, alleen de bedden vond ik te hard, te smal en te kort. Fijne verhuurders, erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Très beau gîte dans une propriété en pleine nature

Excellent accueil, très beau gîte, propre et fonctionnel, décoré avec goût. On s'y sent bien dès le début ! Isolé dans un hameau, calme et reposant mais néanmoins proche de toutes commodités et surtout proche de toutes les belles découvertes de la région. On y reviendra sans aucune hésitation. Un séjour idéal

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cette maison charmante grâce à l'amabilité et au sens de l'accueil de Mme Anne-Marie Giard. La maison, très propre et bien décorée, possède toutes les commodités et il nous fut très agréable de nous y reposer après nos explorations. Dès notre arrivée Mme Giard était disponible et nous a permis de trouver notre nid douillet. Nous y reviendrons avec joie !!

Gîte parfait!

Le gîte est bien situé. Plusieurs plages accessibles rapidement en voiture ainsi que le plan d'eau de Caniel. Supermarchés, et tous les services à proximité (poste, pharmacie etc.) tout en étant à la campagne. On se sent au calme, avec les vaches en face, possibilité de promenade... Pour le gîte en lui-même déjà il y a un grand extérieur. Idéal pour les enfants, avec une pelouse propre (bébé peut y ramper en toute sécurité et confort). Table extérieure, barbecue, transats, étendoir pour faire sécher le linge... le tout bien au calme. A l'intérieur deux chambres, une salle de bains et petit plus: il y a un wc dans la salle de bains à l'étage et un autre en bas. Buanderie avec sèche linge et machine à laver. Il ne manque rien, particulièrement concernant la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que pour l'entretien et le ménage. Il y a un lave vaisselle. Chaise haute pour bébé,suffisamment de linge de toilette... nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il y a un petit classeur de présentation des environs, l'hôte est agréable et disponible. De bons conseils pour les sorties. Le tout très propre. Nous avons été très satisfaits!!

Wir haben eine schöne Ferienwoche in der Normandie verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bot viel Platz für uns drei. Absolut ruhige Lage auf dem Land, dennoch sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Alabasterküste gut zu erreichen. Anne-Marie und Jean sind sehr nette Gastgeber.

Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont été charmants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié leur accueil et le soin qu'ils ont su apporter à notre confort. Le calme était au rendez-vous et l'accès vers St Valéry et d'autres jolies communes des environs aisé. Le charme de ces maisons normandes a ajouté au plaisir de notre séjour. Renoviertes, Ferienhaus mit rustikalem Ambiente in einem alten Bauernanwesen. Neue elektrische Geräte. Großer, eingezäunter und gepflegter Garten. (Gut für Kleinkinder.). Federball, Fussball, Volleyball können problemlos mit Kindern spielt werden. Für Frühstücken, Grillen und Sonnenbaden ist alles vorhanden. Ruhige, naturnahe Lage. Durch den historischen Bau bedingt ist das Bad eng geschnitten, aber top in Ordnung mit allem, was man braucht. Praktisch ist der Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und 2. Toilette. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Bademöglichkeiten neben Kiesstränden gibt es an einem nahen Binnensee, der auch andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten bietet, wie Wasserski und Sommerrodeln. Daneben verfügen die beiden größeren Nachbarorten über Hallenschwimmbäder. (in St. Valery mit einer tollen Wasserrutsche). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus und tolle Familie

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Kindern fast 2 Wochen in Haus und in der Normandie verbracht. Sehr viel Platz, Sekt gut ausgestattet das Haus. Kinder hatten viel Auslauf und der direkte Kontakt zum Bauern in der Nachbarschaft war großartig. Alle Ausflugsziele sind vom Dorf aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben sogar ein Tagesausflug zu den landungsstränden gemacht. Wir können das aus für 4 Personen oder mehr voll empfehlen. Es herzlichen Dank an Jean der uns immer seine Hilfe oder Unterstützung angeboten hat. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Séjour très agréable

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à la ferme de la corderie. La maison est fonctionnelle et la chambre super sympa. La vue sur le corps de ferme est vraiment un plus. Merci à Anne-Marie pour son accueil. Je recommande et reviendrai ! Ps : A 10 Km de la mer pour un repas avec vue sur le front de mer
