Enjoy the best of Park City, Utah while staying in this newly renovated ski in, ski out condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Our condo accommodates up to eight guests on a king and queen bed and two sleeper sofas. A bedroom downstairs has a king bed with a private bathroom. The living room area accommodates two guests with a queen size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.
The upstairs private loft accommodates up to 4 people with a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and another full bathroom. The upstairs area is perfect for a couple, a bunch of kids or a family with kids. We also have two air mattresses for those extra kids that seem to appear!
This condo has a brand new kitchen with cherry cabinet, a granite countertop and brand new stainless steel appliances. We have installed three flat screen TVs, the upstairs TV with a built in DVD player for the kids and the downstairs TV a full 46' perfect for those football games.
This unit is in a great location! The base village of Park City houses various shops and restaurants and a short bus ride takes you to Historic Main Street, filled with galleries, shops and fine restaurants. Deer Valley and The Canyons are also a short bus ride away.
After skiing you can relax on the balcony which overlooks the ice skating rink and an open view of the valley. You can also enjoy the two hot tubs located in the building, one of which overlooks the slopes. The kids will particularly enjoy the indoor/ outdoor pool with an additional hot tub. A fitness center is also located by the pool.
Covered Parking is available. However, a car is not necessary for this vacation. Shuttles are available to pick you up from the airport and a bus stop is located right down the stairs. The Park City Transit System is wonderful providing free transportation to Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons and anywhere else in Park City you might want to explore.
Our rates are discounted from the management company but since we rent by owner, we are able to provide fine linens and amenities. You are also assured of the exact remodeled unit where you will be staying without the risk of being moved to a dated unit.

Great ski-in/ski-out Park City location
The location is really what makes this condo special. Very convenient to the slopes and amenities surrounding Park City Mountain Resort area and obviously also very convenient to the bus line into downtown, Canyons or Deer Valley which is right below the unit. The living space of the unit itself is smallish but comfortable and well appointed (great for 4 people, but six would feel crowded). The unit has a very small kitchen set up that is not really suited to cooking large meals, but that wasn't what we were interested in doing with so many great restaurants in the area. The two bedrooms (master and a loft) was perfect for our family of 3, although the Loft bedroom has a half wall which creates an open area exposed to the living room below which made sleeping in for my daughter a little challenging from a noise standpoint as my wife and I stayed downstairs in the master and we are early risers. However, the three full bathrooms and an indoor hot tub 30 feet out the door from our unit was an unexpected bonus.
Regarding the property location, it can be a little noisy with the bus stop and balcony facing the PC Mountain resort parking lot. At first we were a little disappointed with the parking lot exposure as we didn't really know this when booking the unit, but in all honesty it was fun watching all the activity of people coming and going and the views beyond of the mountains are terrific. Also, we had a bunch of snow one evening (which was great) but the snowplows clearing the parking lot at 4am in the morning made sleeping a little challenging that one night. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend the property/location. We had a couple very minor repairs that were needed during our stay, but the owner and property managers were absolutely attentive and followed up immediately which was greatly appreciated. All in all a terrific place to stay with a group of 4 or less. We would book it again.

Great Location, Very Cozy Condo
Tuly and team did a great job communicating with us prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed from extra blankets to various pots and pans for cooking. We were a 3 minute walk to the mountain and a 1 minute walk from the bus stop to historic Park City. The building had multiple indoor/outdoor hot tubs which is always a favorite after a long day of skiing. In my opinion, it is ideal for a family with children as the location is quiet and low key after sunset. All in all, highly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay.

There are many scams out there and we have to take precautions to not fall for them. Peak dates change every year. The dates for these higher rates are not necessarily the same as they appear above. Peak times are Christmas break (more or less one week before and after Christmas and New Year's) President's day weekend and Sundance Film Festival. Peak rates are between $500 - $450 depending the length of the stay and the size of the group.
