It is in a lovely neighborhood and conveniently located within a short walk to the fine dinning on Market Street and Corning Inc. Headquarters in the center of city. The Corning Glass Museum is a 15 minute walk away, Watkins Glen and Finger lakes wine excursion is a 25 min pleasant drive away.

Perfect for families, group of friends, business travelers, up to 7 people. 4 Bedrooms: 1 Queen, 1 Full size, 2 Twin Beds, and additional twin bed in tower alcove at the front of suite with privacy room divider and tree top view. These 4 distinct bedroom areas are away from each other, giving lots of options for gathering or privacy. It is a perfect setup for a group that needs more than one bedrooms (up to 4) with common living space and kitchen. The savvy travelers are breaking down nightly rates to find that bigger homes like this can dramatically lower the cost per person per night.

This suite is a unique destination in itself, full of authenticity and delightful details. Private and quiet, comfortable and functional, uncluttered, all-on-one-floor, sunny spacious rooms, with hardwood floors through out. Fully furnished, complete with bed and bath linens, as well as fully equipped eat-in kitchen, including coffee, tea, water, and snacks for our guests.

Situated only 12 miles from Elmira Corning Regional Airport (ELM), our convenient location helps your stay productive with amenities like express check-in, check-out, free high speed fiber Wi-Fi, work/study area, and charging stations.

When you’re ready to unwind, put your feet up in our living room with multi-game table, smart TV with smart DVD player (ready for your own NetFlix, Amazon or other streaming video accounts), books and DVD library, and a fireplace catered to your desired ambience.

Guests have the options to book family style breakfast on weekend days, as well as workshop hosted at the first floor of the same mansion, i.e., Wonton Cooking Class. Ask host for more information on guest special as well as option of private group booking.

There is a lab mix dog on the property and you will see him in the yard sometimes, although he does not go to guest suite.

The guests will need to walk up the stairs to the guest suite located on the 3rd floor.

There is a door bell camera at the exterior of the entrance for the ease of communication as well as safety.

House Rules:
No smoking or vaping! No Pets! No Parties!

The reservation will be terminated immediately without refund, if the number of guests (including children) showing up exceeds the number of guests reserved for. Please ask the host for modification of reservation prior to arrival to avoid issues.

Guests are responsible for the costs including smoking or vaping $200/day, and the cost to replace or repair items damaged or removed by the guests, other lost incur due to not following house rules.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, please no loud noise after 9pm ET.

The guest suite is not intended for special projects such as filming, base for interviewing and etc. The reservation will be terminated immediately without refund should these activities take place.

Anyone in your group is healthy, does not have any of the following symptoms, i.e., fever, cough, chills, repeated shaking of chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of sense of smell or taste. Nor have they been caring for or living with those who have these symptoms. Should anyone in the group develop symptoms as gets within 2 weeks of the arrival date, please revise or cancel the reservation.

There are locked storage spaces that are not opened to guests.
