We loved our stay at the Hillside Haven! It was perfect for our group and our small dog. It was clean, modern, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and in a fantastic location - a quick bike ride into downtown, nice and quiet also. We loved having the big garage to store our bikes and tubes. The hosts were also super responsive to questions and we actually stayed an extra night. The only thing that I would say is lacking (depending on how you plan to use the house) is the outdoor space. It's more a of small patio with a table and grill between the house and the garage, not a yard. But we were off enjoying everything Bend has to offer and didn't really end up using the outdoor space at all. The property is not fully fenced (we saw that mentioned in other reviews) so you can't leave your dog outside if they like to roam. The outdoor space also has a ton of foxtails or whatever they are called and we spent the first night picking a zillion of them out of our dog, so no off-leash for him. A super easy upgrade would be to put some towel hooks in the bathrooms so guests could hang their towels after showering. Anyway, outdoor space, hooks, and foxtails aside, we would absolutely stay there again - it's fantastic!
