No hot water

Kitchen, bathroom and washer had no hot water. Luckily the master bath had hot water. Had to heat some water to clean some dishes. The property was good but not happy with the management company. VACASA I ranked cleanliness down because they must not have had hot water to clean anything.

Could definitely use some updating

The condo was located in a great area, but it definitely needs some work. Both beds are well worn and the mattresses should be replaced. One of them has a very large dent in the middle, and the other had springs just below the fabric. After sleeping there for a week my wife and I both needed massages. The living room and bedroom were both packed with too much miss matched furniture. We had to move furniture just be able to watch TV comfortably. This was also the first time I stayed at a VRBO that had pictures of someone's children/grandchildren completely covering the mantle. We found dirty dishes in the cupboards and there was a load of damp towels in the dryer when we checked in. With the cleaning fee they charged I would expect the towels to have been folded, and all of the dishes clean. I also don't believe I should have to pay an extra cleaning fee if I'm required to take out the garbage and load the dish washer. All of the appliances are also very old, and could use some upgrades.

Overall a good experience

The property is ok , location ok but the inside is very old and the kitchen is not fully stocked . I couldn’t use the pots and pan’s where old and not pleasant . Overall was a good experience . I’ll give it a 3 starts .

Comfortable and great views

We loved the views, everything you could need kitchen, and spacious living room. The master bedroom was comfortable and quiet, but smelled of urine.

Davis Cup condo

This condo was very nice; clean, spacious and nicely laid out. Tremendous view of Pagosa Peak and the mountains. It offered us exactly what we were looking for. We will stay again. The only thing that could have been better was the heater was a bit noisy.
