This ground level, one bedroom and one bath apartment has a large office, a private bedroom with a King size bed, a side room open to the apartment with a full size bed and a fold-out queen couch in an open dining/living/kitchen area and full size appliances. Apartment 2 of a 4 apartment complex, this is a 10 block walk to the center of Kremmling. Your parking lot is large and leaves plenty of room for parking your vehicles and trailers. The kitchen is ready for you to cook your own meals and the foldout couches allow for a bed for everyone. (One queen, one twin).

Nice place in Kremmling. This unit was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Joanna even brought some fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies by for us. We will be staying here again the next time we're in Kremmling.

Amazing value for spacious rental

Property was clean and right off the main drag in Kremmling. Joanna the host was very prompt getting us the info we needed for check in and everything was handeled via the app and text. She even dropped off some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. Will.always stay there when we go back.

Though a bit dated this is a comfy little apartment with lots of room to stretch out and relax. The nightly rate was such a bargain too. Joanna was great at communication and was eager to make sure our stay was perfect.

Nice place and friendly host

The host, Joanna was great to work with and was more than willing to accommodate a change that had to occur in our travel plans. The place was well equipped with lines, towels, soap (even shampoo), pots and pans, everything we'd need in the kitchen, etc. It was nice having an affordable place to stay in Kremmling, and such a friendly host.
