Couch in living room is a convertible sofa , which is a full size when opened. Bed linens will be provided for the bedroom. There is a private outdoor shower on the premises. Short walk to the center of town. 2 beach badges are included. Come and explore Brigantine! An island you'll love for life!!

We stay at this property every year and absolutely love it. Perfect place for a couple with or without a child. Great walkability to food and shopping. Front door to feet in the ocean is under 2 minute walk.

Host was great, very responsive. Location, right next to beach access was perfect. Lovely beach. Perhaps it was stated and I didn’t catch it, the condo is up a flight of stairs and down an outdoor corridor. It was a bit of a challenge for us with luggage. Perhaps I just missed it in the description.

I love staying here. It’s the perfect size place for a couple doing a week or weekend at the beach. The building is great, you can see the ocean and everyone is friendly. 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops downtown and a 1 minute walk onto the beach.

We loved the location. The condo was very close to the beach. We found check-in and check-our to be very easy and the owner always responded to our questions in a timely manner.

Perfect!

This is my second time staying in this amazing little spot and it will not be my last. The condo is a great size for a couple. It was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect beach condo

We enjoyed how clean and comfortable it was to stay here. The condo was in a very quiet area and the neighbors were were all friendly. It was also nice having a coffee on the bistro set and hearing the ocean in the background. We really liked being so close to the beach. We're definitely glad we stayed here.

Just Like Home

This place was extremely clean and cozy! Property owner was very easy to contact as questions arose. This location cannot be beat as it is truly steps to the beach. We will definitely be back.
