Residencial Tamarindo Heights vacation rentals

We stayed at Casa Verde over our kids spring break and had the best time. The house was well appointed, the concierge staff very responsive and the location was perfectly close to town but also private. A 10/10 experience!

Villa Laguna is a cleverly well laid out house that is spotlessly clean and packed full of every appliance you could ever need. The housekeeping and concierge team (shout out to the wonderful Mauricio) made our stay perfect from beginning to end. Highlights were the BBQ and outdoor seating area and of course the pool. TLV were a delight to deal with and I would recommend them and this specific property. Book with confidence.

Home was very comfortable and well appointed. Home is new. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had really nice furniture, climate controlled, black out curtains, fans. Fabulous kitchen, high end appliances, outdoor kitchen (best BBQ I've used in years), to die for pool and lounging area. Deck is partially covered so being outside, even during the heat of the day is comfortable. Home is in gated community with 24/7 security. They were very kind people. The property mgt company was so helpful before, during and after our stay. Five star Tamarindo arranged all our transportation, tours, massages, helped us with recommendations for turtle tour, scuba etc. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This home was a hidden gem. The photos do not do it justice. Everything was very clean. The house was a short distance from the beach and felt very private. The waterfall in the pool created serenity and the hanging lamps off the large tree in the backyard made it a great space to enjoy at night time. TLV greeted us when we arrived and had plenty of suggestions for excursions and restaurants in the area. They were on call our entire trip which made planning everything very easy. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking

We stayed in this home and spent a week in Tamarindo for my grandson's high school graduation. We could not have chosen a better home. It's perfect for a large group as each bedroom has its own bathroom. This house is so clean and had all the amenities we needed. Adriana was amazing at answering all our questions. When (not if) we go back, we'll book this house again!!!

Our crew of 4 families totaling 18 people, with kids ranging from 6 years old to 17, had an incredible trip. The house and pools were fantastic, easy drive down into Tamarindo, and fantastic amenities. Andrea, the concierge helping us with this property, did a great job helping us organize transportation, surfing lessons, dinner reservations, private in house dinners for 6 of our 7 nights, as well as a rainforest excursion and private lunch and waterfall swimming trip on the same day. The breakfast/cleaning crew were great, as was the family that came in for our dinners. Food was delicious.. Great memories were made! Strongly recommended property:)
