Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in the gated Herons Glen community. This home has ceramic tile in the living areas, and new luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and den. Split floor plan. Includes living room, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Pocket sliders from living room and dinette open to a large screened lanai offering beautiful golf course and pond views. This gated golf course community has a lot to offer with it's 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a dance floor and stage, and newly renovated dining room and lounge. Also available are heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, new bocce and shuffleboard courts, card rooms, library and billiards room. The golf course has 5 sets of tees, a practice range with putting green and chipping area. Check out the Herons Glen website at hggcc.com. Herons Glen is conveniently located midway between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda with plenty of shopping and dining options available. No pets. This home must be rented for no less than 30 days.

Wonderful Home right on the Fairway

This home was great for my situation. I was in town to work claims after Hurricane Ian and I was spoiled by all the amenities. It was set up well for guests. Carol had everything we needed. Adjustable bed with built-in massage as well as a recliner that massaged. Thanks Carol for a great stay.

Very Impressive House

This was a great rental property! Everything was as described in the listing. Our first impression was on how clean the house was! All the cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, cleaning supplies and paper products that we needed for our month's stay was more than adequate The house is tastefully decorated. I enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, bicycling on the bike they provided and exercising in the Community Pool. Everybody in the community was very friendly. The grounds were very well maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet. The community is in far north Ft Myers and sits out in the country. Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, Post Office, and Library are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. If you are looking for a relaxing get away, I would highly recommend this home!

Lovely Home

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely spacious and open. We especially loved the lanai overlooking the golf course, quite lovely. The Wright's were great, getting back to us with any questions we had very quickly. we definitely recommend coming to Herons Glen, golf , tennis, pickle ball, walking and a nice restaurant and clubhouse.
