Updated home in sought after 55+ community in Tamiami Village, North Fort Myers. This charming home has a master bedroom with master bath with walk in shower, guest bedroom and another full bathroom. Also includes a large living room, formal dining room, great kitchen with laundry area, and a wonderful quaint sunroom. Take advantage of the incredible amenities offered by Tamiami Village, including four sparkling pools, a hot tub, two clubhouses, two billiard rooms, two shuffleboard courts, an exercise room, and a library. Stay active and social in this vibrant community, participating in shuffleboard leagues, golf outings, cards, bingo, etc. (see photo with the list of activities). Ten minutes from Fort Myers, 30 minutes for Punta Gorda, 30-45 minutes to various beaches, many golf courses in the area as well. You must be 55 or older to stay. One month rental minimum. Renting must be 1st of month to last day of month. Example January 1 - January 31. There will be an application background check you will need to submit directly to the Tamiami Village itself at a fee of $100 after you book.
