Golf & Beach Getaway Home 2 /2 with Golf Cart

Come and relax in the Florida sun, golf or just sit in the sun at the beach. Either way you won't want to leave. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home hidden away on beautiful and friendly, private Saddlebrook Ct. in Pine Lakes and Lake Fairways 40+ park. The house has recently been updated with new furniture, flooring throughout and complete master bathroom renovation. It is only a short 15 minute car ride to the beach. The property has a golf cart included for getting back and forth to the pool or golfing etc. The master bedroom has a king bed with full bathroom attached. A guest bedroom with queen bed is located adjacent to the second full bathroom. There’s a 1.5 car attached garage with lots of storage. There is a beautiful lanai with A/C if needed. This is great for relaxing with your morning coffee or entertaining friends and family. The house has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Within a short golf cart ride you will be at the beautiful clubhouse, with large community pool or an 18 hole golf course. Or go a little further and you can also enjoy all the amenities that Lake Fairways has to offer. Another 18 hole golf course, driving range, lighted tennis courts, and lots of activities such as fitness center, library, pool and ping pong room, restaurant where some really fun karaoke is held Friday nights in season. Plus there are many other amenities which can be used by Pine lakes and Lake Fairways renters. Our park offers a large number of classes during peak season you would be welcome to participate in should you choose. For ex. line dancing, zumba, several different types of water aerobics, other types of workouts, Tai Chi, ceramics, to name a few. We are close to shopping, restaurants, Publix groceries and Walgreens. Just bring your clothes, suits, clubs and rackets everything else is furnished. Towels, linens, iron, ironing board, and a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Sorry we don’t allow pets. Our home is available for short term rental if dates are available, from 3 to 6 months for $2,200 a month all included. (January, February & March are excluded) We would love to have you stay!

Please note for instant bookings on seasonal rentals there is a 1 month minimum. Please book from the beginning of the month to the end if possible. If you want to do more like 5 or 6 weeks please contact use first so we can discuss it. Thank you for your interest.

Great location for our needs

Nice and clean, renovations are good, host is great to deal with. It was really nice to have a golf cart for getting around the park also. The host wanted to be called if there were any problems so that he could take care of things, which showed to me, a desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Overall, a nice place in a nice park, with a nice host.

Great Place

This place was nice and clean and in an awesome community. The host was absolutely awesome, had very minor issues and she was on it! Owner was nice and responsive to anything needed, great guy. Couldn't have asked for more. Golf cart was a great addition. We'll definitely be back if we can.

Pine Island Community

The rental was as advertised. It is in a manufactured home gated community on the golf course. We spent a month here and had no problems. The home provided everything we needed. Chris and Celeste were great to work with. Their response time to any questions were very fast.

Great vacation

Listening was as described and communication with owner and property manager was great especially when the cold snap came thru around Christmas and the heat decided not to turn on. Celeste went right to the store and brought space heaters for us to use until they could get someone to fix it which happened same day. They had a few screens and minor things damaged from Ian that they had people repair while we were there for the 2 months but were great about letting us know ahead. Would definitely stay again

Very cute and cozy!

My sister and I stayed here for vacation. Checkin was smooth and we were constant contact back and forth with property manager. It is very clean, in a great community and we were happy. One issue was the golf cart. It was non-functional during our time, even charged up. Property Manager tried to resolve but couldn't. All in all, it went wonderful!

House was as advertised - very relaxing inside - king bed very comfortable, master shower was great, loved living room recliners, tvs worked fine, kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer were appreciated, A/C and ceiling fans kept us comfortably cool in the unexpected 93 degree heat, toured all the neighborhood streets in the golf cart, residents very friendly - always waving, pub food and drink were a good deal, pool area nice as well. My only issue, being a northern girl, were the geckos peeking out at me from different places on the front porch. Wish I could love them - but I can't. Could use some yard work and some colorful plantings. Overall - it was a comfortable stay so thank you!

Loved our snowbird getaway!

Pine Lakes is a beautiful community that feels like resort living. This two bedroom home was perfect for our needs. The home was fully equipped.The full size garage and golf cart were an exceptional plus for our stay. Chris is a very welcoming host and was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful location and nice property

Location is beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Property was acceptable considering it’s age. Only thing that needs to be updated is living room furniture and bedroom mattresses. Furniture appeared clean and free of damage however there was little support remaining due to the age of items. These furnishings must be replaced before future rental of the property. Our sincere positive remarks are to Celeste , property manager. From beginning to end she was extremely helpful and assisted immediately when any issues were made known to her. Over all we’ve enjoyed our stay and with furniture upgraded this property is a great vacation deal.

Perfect Rental For Us

This was a perfect rental for us(husband and wife). The rental was very clean and spacious. The community activities were wonderful. The check in was easy. The host and property manager were very responsive and easy to contact. The golf cart was a nice, and appreciated, amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Not comfortable for seniors

The condition of the furniture and bed should NEVER be offered to seniors. The Furniture is so old, there is no cushioning left and the mattress had 0 support. So unfair. We both have had back issues because of that and need physical therapy. The remodel was the kitchen; nice and well stocked. Also, parts of the bathrooms were remodeled, but not the showers! I called about plumbing issues, but no return call. The front porch is a tripping hazard with loose boards. The saddest part is that it is the BEST community of people ever and we loved that part of our stay.

Cute & Comfortable

We had a great stay here. It has comfortable beds and furniture, was very clean, had a good kitchen with everything needed for a stay, all at an affordable cost. The manager was very helpful and friendly and the neighborhood is cute and everyone waves hello. We were visiting family nearby so didn't take advantage of the pool but it looked very nice too. We would stay again, so no complaints at all.

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay in this little house. It was perfect for our family, and close to grandma (who lives in the same community.) It had everything we needed and was a nice quiet place to stay. We also enjoyed some time in the community pool to cool off. The only thing that I can think would be helpful would be to have some beach towels for at the pool. It was an overall great stay for our visit to see grandma! We will definitely be back again!

Loved the neighborhood

We had a fun stay. The place was just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbors and the neighborhood was wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. The pool was a great way to spend an afternoon. We were happy to have the golf cart too. Celeste the property manager was a big help. We would definitely stay again.
