Heti, kun annat tÀmÀn kuudennen kerroksen huoneiston, tunnet tuoreen ja puhtaan rannikkorakennuksen, jossa on uudet kalusteet. Huoneiston kuvioitu laatta lattia lisÀÀ ilmakehÀn ilmapiirinsÀ.

Rentoudu olohuoneessa, jossa on suuri taulu-tv tai muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ parvekkeelta, jotta voit nauttia kupin kahvia tai onnellinen-tunti-cocktailin.

Upea keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistetut laitteet, tummat puiset kaapit ja kaunis kaakelipohja, kutsuvat sinut kokemaan upean aterian tÀssÀ tÀysin varustetussa keittiössÀ, jossa on kaikki tarvittavat vÀlineet ja työkalut

Master-makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, ja siitÀ on upea nÀköala rannalle. PÀivitetty kylpyhuone, jossa on työtaso, on erillÀÀn suuresta suihkusta ja vaatehuoneesta. Kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on myös viileÀ ja ilmava sisustus ja taulutelevisio.

Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku- ja kylpyammeyhdistelmÀ. Pinottujen pyykinpesukoneiden ja kuivausrumpujen mukavuus sopii erinomaisesti pyyhkeiden pesuun suuren pÀivÀn jÀlkeen rannalla.

Beachside One, jossa on pÀivitetty aula, istuu suoraan rannalla vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ rannan rantakadulta. Rakennuksessa on vieraita WiFi, kuntokeskus, BBQ-grillit ja kausiluonteisesti lÀmmitetty uima-allas ja poreallas.

NÀillÀ yöllÀ, jotka haluat nauttia illasta, Baytowne Wharfin kylÀssÀ on tarjolla lukuisia ravintoloita hienosta ruokailusta pizzaan, sushiin ja muihin. Great Condo

This condo had a great view and was right on the beach. The pool area has a great setup also. I could stay here every visit and be happy that I did.

Great Place...will be back

The view was AMAZING from the bedroom and living room. It rained the first few days but we were still able to enjoy the view from our balcony. The room needed a few touch ups but was very clean. The icemaker didnt dispense ice but it wasnt an issue for us as there was always plenty of ice in freezer. Platinum Vactions was extremely helpful with any question or issue we had. Wonderful customer service!

The location was very convenient to grocery and shopping which was perfect. Overall we plan to return again as our kids had a wonderful time too! The only thing I would strongly suggest is that there is hand soap at kitchen sink and at least one set of extra towels for both bathrooms and kitchen.

All the appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer) are dated and don’t work well. Not terrible, but it’s time. Also, the TVs are dated and don’t have the standard app availability. Decent for sure, but not great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building that our rental was in was in the perfect location. However, our unit was unclean, there was sand all over the floor as soon as we arrived. The unit is in great need of repair. Peeling paint on the patio and cracked tiles in the bathroom with haphazard repairs left me unimpressed. The unit comes with no more than 2 trash bags for a week long stay. There was rust and grime on the soap dish in the hall bathroom. There were rope lights hanging out of the kitchen ledges. It just looked like there needed to be many many repairs done. Instead, they just left it. The stove has knows that are so old that you can't tell what burner it turns on. It made it very difficult to use. The fridge has a sign on it saying it won't be completely cooled down for 24 hours. I'm not sure why the fridge isn't always at the cooled temp. The view was wonderful and the beach was pristine. We will be back, but we will not stay in the same unit.

Amazing Getaway!

The location was excellent! Despite the crowd on the summer holiday, the beachfront of our condo was not over-crowded as it was monitored throughout the day! Loved the pool amenities - especially at night with the LED lighting! The condo itself appears more spacious than the pictures. Our daughter kept repeating how comfortable the twin bed was. Location was great! Will definitely look to stay here again!
