The third floor is a crow’s nest that overlooks all of baytowne and a perfect spot to sip wine while watching the sunset or watching the sunrise with coffee to start a wonderful day.

Excellent location!! This condo is located in the heart of Baytowne where the eateries and events take place. I was afraid of the noise but the events shut down around 9pm. Taking the elevator to the ground level and being steps away from dining, shopping and events is a plus. The only issue is the refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work and the refrigerator temperature isn’t as cold as it should be. Other than that the condo was perfect. I definitely plan to stay here again!!! We LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!

This property is amazing! It’s right in the heart of Baytown Wharf, has everything you need to enjoy your stay, and the amenities are outstanding. The balcony overlooks the Baytown square so we were able to enjoy all of the light shows and fireworks from the comfort of our own condo. It’s also a quick trip across the highway to the beach. We’ll definitely go back!

Some friends and I stayed here for several days of golf, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was very well appointed, the washer/dryer were of good quality, and the living room was inviting. The porch off the living room was also nice. We’d happily stay here again.

Perfect location for the wine festival. We loved sitting up at the top with a 360 degree view of the area. Wonderful for both sunrises and sunsets. We had plenty of room, the condo was clean and well stocked - nice to have the beach towels to take to the pool. Great and easy communication with the host. We would definitely recommend. We took advantage of the library and even did a jigsaw puzzle when we didnt have pool weather. Thanks so much

Very nice property

The location was excellent for our tennis group and we enjoyed sitting in the crow’s nest at night. The size of the property was perfect for our group of 7. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo and surroundings. The only issues were the door code did not work and had to call the host. As well as the master bathroom toilet handle was broken. The new handle in its package was sitting in the bathroom waiting to be installed. This was small stuff. The experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice, very conveniently located inside The Wharf of Baytown. We enjoyed all the amenities the penthouse had to offer including the restaurants and shops just steps away from the entrance. The pool area on the 3rd level is of the building is wonderful. The beach is only a few minutes away with sugar white sand emerald green water not too mention It’s a wonderful place to stay.

Our Favorite

We stay here every year, it’s our favorite when we visit. The property owner is more than accommodating and very helpful if you have any problems. Location is perfect if you like to eat, nightlife, beach , and is a short drive to Destin. I’m sure we will enjoy this location for many years to come.

Spring Break 2025

We had a lovely stay at this property in Destin. The location cannot be beat and the views were stunning. The host is lovely and very responsive. The listing does say there are two bedrooms with king beds but there is only one master with a kind bed. We would definitely consider this property if we decide to come back to Destin in the future.

Wow!

This property is incredible! It was perfect for our group of eight. The location is absolutely perfect with access to all Baytowne Whaf has to offer. The fireworks show from the Crowe’s nest is unbelievable! Everyine had their own private space, but the living space is just the right size foe family gatherings as well. It comes equipped with everything you need for the week and the trams to the beach are very convenient. I can’t recommend it strongly enough!

Bachelor Trip

I took my son and his groomsmen on his bachelor trip and chose this location so that we didn't have to all stay together 24/7. With so much to do, right there in one location, everyone could do what they wanted when they wanted, without having to all pack in cars and leave. We did play golf each day which was also convenient from this location. It was perfect.
