What a location! A two bedroom two bath unit located in the exclusive Observation Point North building. The perfect location with a balcony overlooking the Events Plaza in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. It is hard to imagine a better vantage point to immerse yourself in all that is Baytowne. Come enjoy the concerts and fireworks right from your 5th floor balcony. Enjoy being steps away from all the shopping, dining and activities the Village of Baytowne Wharf has to offer. Our unit is on the bay side of Sandestin and the beach is approximately a mile on the other side of Hwy 98.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash from the unit.
Please all linens that are wet hanging. Do not strip the beds.
Check all drawers to make sure you haven't left anything.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Baytowne does not allow beach towels or anything else to be hung over the balcony.
Please contact owner immediately if something gets damaged so that it can be repaired before next renter.
Please treat our condo like your home and leave it as you found it. Do not leave wires from TV unplugged if you use it for personal gaming systems.

Amazing Spring Break Getaway

The property was beautifully designed and well maintained. Accessible to many boutiques and restaurants throughout the town! It was close to the Destin Commons was a pleasant place that we could definitely revisit in the summer!

What makes this property unique

It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having the balcony lets me enjoy entertainment without leaving my unit. Sitting outside in the morning drinking my coffee is very relaxing on the balcony.
