Looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating monthly vacation rental in prime location on Marco Island? Interested in renting January? We would prefer the check in day to be on January 3, 2019 but could possibly make arrangements if your preferred check in day is on the first.
Located in the most sought after location on Marco Island’s Crescent Beach, our comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath condo in The Royal Seafarer has all of the desired amenities for you to completely unwind. Come and relax on our private, 15th floor, wrap around balcony, with views of both the beach, pool and the island.
The exclusive Royal Seafarer offers the perfect mid beach location just steps from the JW Marriott Resort and Spa.
The master suite comes complete with a new king size bed, dresser, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The master bath includes a corian vanity top and comfort height toilet. The guest suite offers 2 twin beds which can be converted to a King, a full-size dresser, night stand, flat screen TV, and connecting full bath with tub. The kitchen features corian counter tops, and all of the kitchen necessities you could ever need. Both living and master bedroom have Tommy Bahama furniture, for comfort and vacation beach style. Two living room slider doors lead out to the wrap around balcony for great views and ocean front dining. All windows and doors are new with hurricane impact glass.
Royal Seafarer amenities include: Free laundry facilities, workout room, heated pool, walkout beach access, tennis courts, social room, and designated covered parking spot.

Important Information: Proposed renters must fill out and get approval of the Rental Lease Application which can be found on Royal Seafarer's website under Sales and Rentals. Owner must sign before submitting. Also, proposed renters must read House Rules for Residents which can also be found on the Royal Seafarer website.
