Great location. Everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room and space. Kitchen had lots of items to use.

Beautiful view but needs updated

We have stayed at Emerald Surf for many years. This was definitely our least favorite unit. Beds were very uncomfortable and unit needs updated. Bathroom vanities were so short they only came to our thigh area. Oversized furniture in master that you could barely open drawers in dresser at end of bed and had to be careful not to hit your toes. If you charge top dollar for renting, your unit should reflect. Rental manager however was very good.

Overall the property matched the description on the listing.An incident occurred that was outside of the rental properties control and they handled it in a respectful and timely manor. (Private beach access was removed during the stay)We would stay again as it’s a good location and rental property

New Years Visit

Second stay in this unit. Unit is spotless. Plenty of towels Bed is so comfortable. Convenient to the beach. We enjoy shelling so this is important Host is responsive to any questions. Bonus: Fireworks from the pier.

I was worried about holiday crowds, but was pleasantly surprised! The beach was busy, but not overwhelming! Everything for our stay was pleasant and everyone we encountered was so nice! Will definitely return!

Quick Beach Trip

Such a nice stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was ideal for us. The property had everything we needed and more. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. Will stay here again for sure.

Such a wonderful property and owner

We booked this property after it came up as wheel chair accessible in the VRBO app. Upon arriving, we discovered it wasn’t. We could navigate most of it except going in the front door. I messaged the owner and she was so quick to respond and let me know that they don’t advertise as handicap accessible. (This was a vrbo listing issue, no fault of the owner) Even so, she immediately agreed to have someone come and put a small ramp in so that my mom could easily get in and out of the room. I was so grateful and it made our stay so much easier! The property is clean and quiet. It sits directly on the beach and overlooks the pool. All the places were are were within 10 minutes of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back!

Great time!!

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and huge!! I couldn't believe how spacious it was inside. The balcony was so great to have as a single mom with 2 children. And it was also very easy to get to the pool and beach. We will be back for sure!

Navarre Beach Stay

Great location with a beautiful view. Clean, comfortable with well stocked kitchen. Very nice pool, 2 minute walk to the amazing white sand beach. Only negative concerns— Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Sliding door in living room to balcony need a lock. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Quiet, beautiful oasis

This is our second year staying at this facility and we absolutely love it here. Although our check in was pushed back an hour because the cleaner was not done upon check in at 3. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful Views

The condo needs a lot of repairs done. The plaster on the ceilings are falling off in chunks. Also the plus needs to be replaced when you plug stuff in it comes unplugged. There were hair on the ceiling in the shower

Beautiful ocean views!

Beautiful ocean views from both living room and bedroom. Large balcony runs the length of these two rooms. Property manager was great to work with. Loved the location and property.

The location was wonderful, literally the prettiest view right from the balcony. All the amenities were there and it was only on the 1st floor, so it was pretty easy to access. I will mention one thing, the pool was NOT heated (in early October), maybe it’s heated in the winter months? Pool water was cold, I mean ice cold, even in the hot sunshine. Noise control was good, and there was beach gear. Cable tv, etc. everything was exactly as listed.

Good but could have been better

We noticed several problems with the property that need to be addressed. The toilet in the master bath is loose at the base. Closet door and pull out drawer on chest of drawer need repair. Beach service should be included at that price. One of the eyes on the stove didn't work. Several electrical plugs didn't work. But on a positive note the location was great. The pool was clean and handy due to high winds and red flags. Robert Byrd
