Perfect Location & Rental

Place is great. Large enough for two families. Patio is very large with nice furniture. The kitchen is a bit small, but functional. Washer & dryer is very nice. Lots of water toys & beach towels are appreciated. Finding the candy is confusing. We couldn’t tell from the information what unit we were in. Make sure & ask before you go. With that said - they were quick to respond & get us to the right place. Pool is super fun! Would stay here again.

Great location and clean condo

Condo was very clean, great location to watch sunset, go to the Hilton, restaurant 100 yards away with a great happy hour menu, pool and hot tub very nice. Close to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches.

Lovely space!

Everything was well thought, the instructions were crystal clear, the home was sparkling, the place was spacious and sunny, everything was in excellent condition. Felt like a home away from home:) Stasha was also very welcoming and helpful. Definitely I’ll come here next time too!

A perfect spot to stay

Perfect location to the ocean, pool, shops and Tennis courts. Walk or drive. Lots is privacy from the two bedrooms. Loved the ground level as we sat out on the grass sometimes to get more sun and loved all the birds. The kitchen was very well stocked !!! Thank you as we enjoyed cooking some meals and all our breakfasts. Thank you!!

Outstanding Kona location

The ground floor condo is spacious, well appointed, comfy beds, plenty of linens, huge lanai with table and chairs for outside dining. What more could one ask? As It is next to an open grassland, there are a great variety of birds to see, like Gray Francolins, finches of all sorts, nenes, plovers, and, of course, mongooses. The Hilton is within easy walking distance if a guest is attending a conference. As an aside, we had a minor accident which required suturing and can say that the ER up in Waimea provided outstanding service.

Great Location

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and the pool was never crowded. I hope to have the chance to visit again.

Just Right

This condo was just right for our mother-daughter reunion. It was casual, spacious and clean. The lanai was quiet and private with a lovely garden view. The pool area was never overcrowded and we loved sunbathing there.

Not as pictured furniture very different no good lighting in living area bedding did not fit the bed

Condo need major updates. Not as pictured need to replace dishwasher shower heads Kitchen small no where to put your groceries bedding does not fit bed no pillowcases on pillows dirty coffee grounds. Need I say more not a good unit overall. Would not recommend

Wonderful place for our family

We had a great stay. We are a multigenerational family and we were all comfortable and the place was a great space to stay and rest our heads after adventures on the big island. My mom and I enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning! The kids liked chasing the geckos at night on the lanai. 🙂 Your kitchen was well appointed and made fixing meals easy. The linens were comfortable and not so luxurious we were afraid to use them! Thank you for providing us a home away from home!

Great Place to stay

We were a multi generational family unit, that enjoyed the place. The kids loved the pool, Mom and I loved the lanai and we all loved the condo. It was a comfortably appointed condo for meal prep, consumption, and sleeping. The 2 bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready to go play out. We would happily come back to stay again in the future.

This room was perfect! A corner unit facing both Hualalai and Mauna Kea.

This unit was beautiful and clean! Well stocked with condiments and seasonings. Everything needed to cook was available. We will definitely want to stay in this unit in the (hopefully) near future.

Serious problems with nice unit in nice location

Home is nice, comfortable, and basic, but not luxurious. Good location. However, serious problems with A/C and inoperable kitchen stove vent require immediate repair.

Everything our family expected and more! :D

The home was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed it. The location was perfect to visit the beautiful nearby beaches and not to far from the more busy Kailua-Kona. We loved the big open windows in the house. We highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again.
