BOOK 7 NIGHTS, GET 7th NIGHT FREE ~ BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED

The Blue Surf complex, with only 34 units, has been a family favorite for a number of years. You ll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, shopping, the outlet mall, golf courses, and other activities. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant right on the beach, is only steps away.

Our 1-bedroom/ 1 bath #16A is a great place for couples or couples with small children. And this unit has been recently updated. Freshly painted in 2021, a new stacked washer dryer was added; new furniture was added including a king bed in the bedroom, a new sleeper sofa, living room chair and 2 new flat screen smart HDTVs in the living room and bedroom.

The Jack and Jill bathroom is located off the bedroom or the hallway. There is a tiled walk in shower with sliding glass doors. Great for getting ready individually in your own private sink area. There are 2 sinks located in the bathroom as well as hair dryers.

The couch in this unit is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space if needed.

Unit 16A has a private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media through our private Wi-Fi system. You will find instructions for accessing this complimentary service in your check-in letter.

The seasonally heated pool is a few steps from your private patio. The beach is 100 yards away with beach access directly across from the Blue Surf property. Everything about 16A makes like easy and convenient while visiting the beach.

From mid-March through November 18th, we offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and a beach umbrella that is set up for you on the beach.

For your convenience, Blue Surf Unit 16A has a designated parking spot right outside the front door.

If you are planning a larger family get-together, ask about renting our other units at Blue Surf.

We loved staying at 16A at The Blue Surf. Beautiful place to stay, very clean and neat. Enjoyed the patio and high chairs to sit in and overlook the pool area. Close to lots of good places to eat close by and in walking distance. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The location is fantastic! Booking and check in was easy. The place is really nice, recently remodeled. There is a funky smell in the unit that seems to be coming from the air ducts. (Not the owners issue). Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was cute and was located right by the pool and across the street from the beach. We also liked that we could walk over to Pompano Joe’s in the evening. Bed was comfy. Great communication with the host.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Blue surf is perfectly located for everything. Unit was nice and met some very nice people staying there. One couple also lived blue surf and we plan on vacationing there again. Beach service was also very nice. The weather didn't cooperate but was still a nice unit, host and stay.

Loved where we stayed. Kitchen has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and large. You just open the sliding glass door and there is the pool. The beach is just a short walk past that. Haveing beach chairs and umbrella service was so convenient, no need to worry about hailing around your own. We loved our stay and are already thinking about next year. Only real downside is parking, it's very tight with larger vehicle.

We stayed a week for our anniversary. Loved being across the street from the beach and used the beach umbrella/chair service every day. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. Kitchen was well stocked with items but there was no ice maker in the freezer or ice trays. Would have been nice to know to bring ice in advance.

The entire complex was very good. Your condo had everything accept a good internet. I appreciate the new toilet but whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing you may want to go by and look at it. You had new paint on the trim in the bathroom and it is pealing off.

Great Location!

We had everything we needed at this property! The king bed was so comfy and we had very well appointed appliances. We loved the dual vanities and very high shower head. An added bonus was having our beach umbrellas waiting every day for us! We had our pup pup with us and he enjoyed meeting the other four legged travelers. The location was very central although quite busy. It was so easy for us to explore the area! The owner, Michelle, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There was information galore regarding activities and restaurants in the area included in the property binders. We were incredibly fortunate to have found this property. L

We are beyond excited of our recent purchase of the beautiful Blue Surf 16A (1470149) and 16B (1470133). Our family has traveled to Destin numerous times and have always stayed in the Miramar Beach area. We are from Louisville, KY and have owned a property management company for the past 25+ years. To now expand our business from Louisville to Destin FL is an honor.

Why they chose this property

Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping (Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Whole Foods) is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location
