The heart of the home is found on the main level, where soaring vaulted ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV create an inviting space to relax and unwind after a day outdoors.
The primary suite offers a king bed, private gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious en suite bath complete with double sinks and granite countertops. A conveniently located powder room is also available for guests.
Just off the garage entry, a thoughtfully designed multipurpose mudroom welcomes you with charming wicker seating, ample hooks for coats, dedicated space for boots, and the added convenience of an in-home washer and dryer—perfect for keeping everything organized after a day of adventure.

On the upper Level you will find a King bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 queen beds. In the hall you will find the
Shared full bath with double sinks and granite finishes.

Designed with families in mind, the lower level features eight custom-built bunk beds—ideal for kids or young adults. A spacious bathroom includes triple sinks and dual private shower stalls for added convenience. Here you will also find the second living area offering games for the kids, a fireplace and bar area. Walkout access leads directly to the outdoor hot tub and fire pit.

Great ski house

House was perfect for two families with young kids. The ski in and ski out option was exactly what we wanted. Also the outdoor gas fire place and hot tub were a huge hit.

Great boyne getaway!

This property was amazing right at the top of the hill you can see all the skiers flying by or going by on the chair lift. We were pleased with the house there was enough room for all 14 of us. The jacuzzi was amazing. Probably our favorite thing about the house. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be renting again next year for our annual cousins trip. Thanks again !!!!!!!

Only complaint is the HVAC system in the home, with the thermostat on the main level, you would only be comfortable on that level, basement was too warm, and upstairs was freezing. They did have a space heater in the upstairs to help. We would still stay at this property again, definitely not a deal breaker. Location was awesome and you could see the skybridge from the home. Lot's of space and the kids loved the air hockey. Hot tub was perfect!!

This was our 4th year staying at the Alpine House, and we can't wait to come back!

The 7 kids enjoyed the bunkroom and each couple had a king bedroom to themselves. The location was great and right off the alpine lift so we could pop in to warm up, eat lunch or end our day. I'm not sure if the kids loved the hot tub or the huge couch more! No doubt we will put this one our list of houses to stay at again.

We wish we owned this house! Beautiful and the decor, tile, hardware, furniture was cozy. Would love to know where you purchased the decor from. The bunk beds were long and comfy. If I may make a few suggestions. Have a full size mirror behind door in bunk room and the downstairs bath with the two separate showers was great only wish there was a niche to put your items on. Outside big spider web near BBQ by outlet, wish it was taken care of before our arrival. The host was very nice and responded quickly. Perfect for accommodating large groups we had a great time and made amazing memories. Thank you :)

Sometimes this goes unnoticed & the fridge tries to work overtime to keep up. It just needs an adjustment to make it fit properly in its space under the island.

Loved the screened in deck, the bunk room and basement for the kids, the gas fire pit and grill, etc. we had a few ants but understand that the house is surrounded by trees-(just needs some ant traps). All staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for my husbands birthday!

We had a great time staying at the Alpine house for my husbands birthday. It was the perfect size for our group. The location is awesome! I love that the chair lift is right outside of the house. My only suggestion is to have a four wheel drive because a few of our guests got stuck on the hill on the way up and needed a tow. If I have any critiques, it would be for the homeowner to supply better bedding/pillows/mattress. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, so bring your own pillows. Also, there was a big cleaning fee with this rental, yet there was a random sock and dental pick under our bed when we arrived. Other than that, everything was perfect. This house is a really great layout and size- could be very chic with some cosmetic updates! We would definitely rent again.

Epic!

This was a gorgeous house on the top of a hill with a lot of space :) Everything was clean and the neighbors were friendly too! The porch is perfect for a cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise. The only issue we had was the hot tub kept breaking and we were never able to fully use it which stinks because you pay for amenities like that. They tried to fix the hot tub but it was a temporary fix and it seems like the hot tub had been having issues prior and they were trying hard to trouble shoot it. Some things are not in the control of the owners and that’s why I still give this place 5 stars because they put forth the effort to make this an amazing experience and it was. If you’re considering renting, stop considering and just do it!
