Fantastic stay! The host was outstanding—super responsive and quick to answer all our questions. The home was perfect for our family of four: spacious, clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed. We loved it and will definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!
The host was great, very responsive. The unit was very clean and spacious, it met our needs perfectly! Close to Zion which was awesome and reasonably priced. Located in a quaint town and close by to several nice eateries.
Great little place. My only suggestion or critique would be that the carpet needs to be restretched and shampooed. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly.
The place was in a great location at a great price. Owner very helpful.

Overall, the place was fine for what we needed, especially since our trip was centered around visiting Zion and it’s only about a 30-minute drive away. That said, cleanliness was a noticeable issue. It doesn’t seem like the house has been deep cleaned in quite some time, there were food crumbs left on the leather couches, and while the floors appeared swept, they still left our socks black on the bottoms. There also appears to be a structural concern near one of the beds. When stepping on the carpet in that area, the floor sinks significantly, almost as if a floorboard is missing underneath, which felt unsafe. On a more positive note, the tub does drain properly now, but only after I removed a large clump of hair from the drain myself. Prior to that, the water would rise above ankle level during a shower.Overall, the location worked well for accessing Zion, but the property could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and some maintenance attention.
Very very very nice place within reasonable straight to the south rim drive. Saw more bird life and elk at the rental than the south rim!! You will have to get up 30 min before sunrise but the elk were at our yard both mornings. Perfect very comfortable rental unit.
Clean. Easy to checkin, clear communication! Comfortable beds! 20-30 minute drive to springdale or zion visitor center! 1 mile from full grocery store! I would definitely stay again.
We were more than pleased with the location of this rental. Very easy to find and get to, quiet neighborhood, the super market was just down the road and lots of restaurants nearby. It took us just 30 minutes to get to Zion National Park. Perfect for us!
Home was very clean. So nice to have washer and dryer and host pro ised laundry soap. Quiet location with restaurants and grocery store within a mile of home. Host is very thoughtful and provided K-cups for morning coffee. Beds very comfortable. Great location to go inand out of Zion Park for a more affordable price.
Despite a bit of a debacle with ownership of the house changing hands right before our stay, it was still pleasant. Everything about the transaction was handled professionally by the original owner that we booked with. She even offered for us to stay at another property but to save everyone involved a lot of confusion we stayed at the original location since all we were looking for was a place to eat and lay our heads down at night after long days of hiking in Zion. We will absolutely be back!!!
This was a very cozy little place. Bonus was it is just a couple of blocks from our grandkids! It is also close to the grocery store, post office and Zions! Beds were super comfy and the TV! Can I just say I haven't ever seen one that big! Hubby loved it. Neighborhood a little noisy but it was New Years Eve lol. Property manager was great to work with super friendly. Love this little town. Will be staying there again!
The stay was good. The bed was comfortable.
We didn’t spend a lot of time there but wondered how to work the tv. Our host was quick to respond. It ended up that we found another controller in the kitchen drawer. This one worked for us.

A very spacious, clean, 2 bedroom house in a good neighborhood about 20 minutes away from Zion National Park. A few minutes drive to several restaurant options, and a grocery store a couple minutes drive up the road. Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook something, full size fridge, dishwasher, laundry machines, huge TV in the living room, comfortable beds, large well-equipped bathroom, dependable wifi, and more. Nice sitting area with firepit outside, though we didn't get a chance to use it. Very convenient to park right by your front door. Nice neighborhood to walk through. Very responsive host. A great value for the price! I would stay again.
If I could give 3 1/2 stars I would. This place is nice enough but the dishwasher needs to be replaced. Not sure what happened to it but it looked horrible and smelled bad. Which meant that we had to do dishes by hand, which was fine, but there was no sink plug. The neighborhood cats got into the already full garbage can outside and dragged garbage through the yard at night. The place itself is nice enough but definitely some issues that dragged down the rating.
Our family of 4 stayed at this cute and clean place about 20 minutes from Zion visitor center.
It had everything you would need, kitchen equipment, utensils, as well as bath & sleeping items.
Sherry was very responsive to small items I pointed out.
The outside could use a little TLC for a more welcoming environment but the inside was fine.
Notes: there is no central air so you will hear the individual units running but it didn’t bother us a whole lot.
Also, there is a rooster near by that starts his call early in the morning.
Overall, this is a great value compared to any property in Springdale.
The great: huge bathroom/laundry space with new machines, fully remodeled with nice amenities, room darkening curtains, cozy warm in the winter/spring, cushy beds (memory foam w/ a memory foam topper), host has blocked off neighbors as much as possible to create privacy.
Things to note: cats. If you're allergic, there is a possibility this is not the place for you. It's possible to detect that there has been a cat (s) in the home previous to the remodel, and the neighbor has a huge, outdoor cat pen area (only visible through the windows). This can be a big deal to someone with sensitivities (one member of our party) so is of note. Otherwise, nobody else (less sensitive) will mind. It's a lovely place, well done, and without the sensitive member of our party we would return!
DON'T MISS the coffee shop the host suggests!

Thank you for the review! Regarding the remodel- it was 100%, down to the walls, and completely gutted. I can assure you and future guests that no cats have been in the home in the last two years. I do apologize that a member of your party was bothered by the neighbor’s cats, however they will be moving soon and keep their cats enclosed.
We enjoyed out stay at this location. While it was not luxurious it had everything we needed, was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay easy and pleasant. We visited both Bryce and Zion and found the location to be convenient and the nearby town was great. The only problem we encountered is that the outdoor light in the carport did not work, but to be fair we never reported it to the property owner, and she was very responsive so I am sure had we contacted her it would have been resolved. All and all I would recommend this property especially if on a budget.
