Good and honest review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I give 5 stars cause it was a very nice condo , beautiful views and we enjoyed our stay, there were some things that we found could be done better. The bedrooms have so much light that comes through the windows they truly need blackout curtains it made it difficult to sleep. Also be prepared you hear everything because the bedrooms are right as you enter the condo so every cart slamming, door slamming, loud vehicle going down the road, people walking by and you hear karaoke from Shuckums every night 5pm to 9/10pm. We went mid September and it was amazing as not packed with people, low key and water still warm and pretty. We would stay at this condo resort again but not sure if we would stay in this condo again because of the issue trying to sleep.

Great Vacation

1704 was exactly like it shows in the pictures. Everything about our trip was great. I read some reviews about the condos and elevator waits and power outages. We experienced none of that. Parking was nice and easy, never waited longer than a minute or two on elevator. Place was clean, great view, nice cool AC for when inside. Would absolutely stay here again if in pcb.

Absolutely wonderful

We love coming to PCB for our vacations. We typically stay in hotels but this time we decided to rent a condo. This condo was spacious and comfy. Water pressure was AMAZING. The pools were nice. The only issue we ran into was that at the main entrance only one of the elevators was working. But it appears they were working to fix the other one. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!!

Location Location!

This was our 5th year vacationing in PCB. Our second stay at Aqua! We love the location, walking distance to many things including Pier Park. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone! Loved the decor! The view was amazing as always. We were able to watch a manatee make a leisurely swim close to shore. The kids loved having 2 pools and of course being able to get ice cream at the snack bar! The adults enjoyed the daily drink specials :). Excited to come back and stay next year, we will definitely book this condo again!

Very pleasant stay in a well furnished unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BOOKBEACH and especially Melissa Harris prepared me to enjoy my experience from the moment I came to the AQUA. A spacious dining/living room area and totally adequate kitchen added to the ease and comfort. One of the living room chairs needs a new cushion but any maintenance needed was immediately addressed. Very pleasant!
