Steps to the Festivals - COACHELLA & STAGECOACH

Welcome to our relaxing desert oasis in the secure Indian Palms complex in Indio, CA! We love it here. Enjoy all that the Coachella valley has to offer in this beautiful 1950 square foot home built in 2008.

This is a spacious open concept home, which features 3 bedrooms: (1) a master suite with a California king bed, full ensuite and walk-in closet plus a 42-inch flat screen TV; (2) a second bedroom with a queen bed, and (3) a third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops gives you the option of cooking a gourmet meal or simply grabbing a quick breakfast before enjoying a day out. Relax in the cozy living room, which has loads of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and a brand-new 55-inch flat screen TV with ROKU. Grab a book and relax on the outdoor patio, watching the roadrunners dart through the beautiful desert landscaping. A laundry room with washer and dryer is an added bonus.

We also provide 4 bicycles (very handy to go to-and-from the main pool and Lifestyle Centre). The bicycles are also a perfect way to access the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, which are a short 5 minute ride away!

The Indian Palms complex, includes a world-class 27 hole golf course and free access to a small local pool, larger community pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts as well as a full fitness centre, complete with cardio equipment, free weights and weight training equipment and a full schedule of fitness classes, including yoga.

Enjoy all that the area has to offer! Seasonal events include the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, the BNP Paribas Tennis Open, Palm Springs International Film Festival, International Date Festival as well as many others. World class shopping and dining options abound. Other highlights include Old Town La Quinta, the Living Desert Nature Preserve and Zoo and El Paseo district of Palm Desert, as well as Palm Springs with its trendy shops, restaurants, museums and mid-century modern vibe. Hiking options are everywhere, including in nearby Joshua Tree National Park, Anza Borrego Regional Park (both about a 45 minute drive) and at the top of the Aerial Tramway.

Mostly a positive experience with a few minor complaints.

Very nice house with a nice back deck/yard. Big enough for several guests (there were just two of us so we had lots of space). Beds are comfortable and the furniture is in good shape. It was well supplied (except for toilet paper that we had to purchase). Good WiFi (but the only TV available required Roku). VRBO and John responded to our questions or concerns promptly. The tennis courts are close and well maintained. Easy access to the Indian Wells tennis center. Entry to the neighborhood is sometimes a problem, as traffic backs up onto Monroe. We liked it and will be back if they'll have us. I would have given it 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Perfect little getaway

The home was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The home was extremely close to where we needed to be and the amenities were everything we could ask for. We felt very safe in the secure neighborhood. The host was very thoughtful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a getaway in Indio.

This house is in a great location in the newer part of Indian Palms country club. It is close to the Desert International Horse Park, The Empire Polo Club, and music festival locations but also easy access to all amenities and not too far from highway 111. There is no street parking but the unit itself has plenty of space for vehicles. The owner was very accommodating and got back to us very quickly when we had any questions.
