Condominio de lujo de 1 dormitorio Kingsmill en River Golf Course noveno hoyo

Condominio de un dormitorio recién actualizado y decorado. Tuvimos tu comodidad en mente cuando creamos este hermoso retiro. ¡Nuestros muebles son muy cómodos y nuestras camas son increíbles! Nuestro cable e Internet están actualizados y es un placer ver nuestro Smart TV de 55 pulgadas. Nuestra terraza da al campo de golf y tiene muchos asientos para una tarde de lectura tranquila o conversación y cócteles.

Nuestro condominio Kingsmill está a solo unos minutos de Busch Gardens. Kingsmill ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito al parque para los huéspedes. El histórico Williamsburg ofrece maravillosas excursiones, tiendas y restaurantes.

Pelhams Ordinary tiene su propia piscina privada y la piscina está disponible desde el Memorial Day Weekend hasta el Labor Day Weekend. Está a solo unos pasos de nuestro condominio.

Susan está disponible de inmediato en cualquier momento a través de texto / celular / correo electrónico.

Perfect long weekend escape

This condo is located inside a resort area with security at the entrance. KingsMill is lovely and the community is especially well-kept and very walkable.We found the condo to be immaculate and fully equipped with everything we could want. The bed was oh so comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room. The bathroom looked to be brand new and the towels were so fluffy! We made a few meals and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. The most beautiful sunsets are right before your eyes when sitting outside the sliding glass doors.The listing was very accurate, although nothing can take the place of the sunset in person. Susan is easy to communicate with and very nice!Can't wait to return! Thank you, Susan, for hosting us!

Outstanding Kingsmill Condo

This property backs up to 9th hole of the River Course. Clean, quiet development. Exactly as advertised. Susan is a great communicator. Hope to stay here again. Be advised, however, that renting this property does not give you access to the resort restaurants and services.

Relaxing Spring Break

The property and location were perfect for our spring break getaway to Williamsburg. It was a little cold to play golf, but being right on the course was still a plus. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in. Our host, Susan, was super responsive whenever we had questions and very accomodating for an early checkin. We visit Williamsburg 2-3 times every spring and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. We will definitely visit this property again.

Heaven in Kingsmill!!!!

This condo was so perfect that several times we thought: "if we were to buy a condo in Kingsmill, this is what we'd want!" The immaculately clean and beautifully furnished property was perfect for us grandparents, as we gathered in many locales with the family for Christmas!!! Working with the owner was an exercise in joy, as her caring texts made us truly feel "at home"! Extraordinary property and furnishings, impressive location, and an owner who obviously is interested in her guests' comfort, well, what else does one need!?

Williamsburg visit

Spent 4 nights in the condo while in town for a meeting. Great spot! Owner was very easy to contact. We enjoyed the easy parking, convenience of the location, clean & cozy space and a great bathroom!

Highly recommend amazing place

This place was fantastic in every way. Susan is one of the best property hosts I’ve ever encountered. The unit itself is immaculate and way bigger than we thought. Pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s close to everything you want to go on the resort as far as restaurants, golf, walking trails, pool, tennis, etc. Short walks to all of it. It’s great in every way. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Kingsmill Resort Condo River Course Golf View

We spent two weeks at the Kingsmill Resort celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary. We stayed at Susan Murray’s condo that overlooks the 9th fairway on River Course. Susan is an absolute sweetheart and so is her condo. It is immaculately clean and quiet. Susan provided everything that you can think of and we would definitely book her condo again. Look no further this is a 5 star condo in Kingsmill Resort. Thank you Susan for being such a gracious Vrbo host until we meet again. Best regards, Glenn & Dee

Excellent all around!

This property is absolutely beautiful and meticulously clean. Susan is the most wonderful host. She has clearly put a lot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Wonderful Williamsburg Trip

Great Weekend Stay

We rented this well appointed condo for W&M Homecoming weekend. We booked somewhat last minute as hotel options were limited. Booking here was a great decision. Condo was a great value given the location, the space, and comfort provided. It was easy to check in, the condo was clean and Susan was a great communicator pre and post stay. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend stay to Williamsburg!!

Excellent Kingsmill Condo

The condo was just as listed - very comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom. The golf course view and walking distance to Kingsmill activities were pluses. Our host, Susan, was very responsive although we didn't need much assistance. We have stayed in many other Kingsmill units and can say that this one is the best we have seen.

A Perfect score

We have frequented Kingsmill many times over the years. This space is one of our favorites. The location was great and we got treated to some beautiful sunsets. The bathroom remodel was outstanding, and we loved the large, easy to operate TV’s. The unit was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. And our host was welcoming and responsive to all our emails and questions. The next time we come back, I’ll be checking here first!

Brian and I live in Chautauqua Lake, NY and enjoy traveling. We have a son and family in Kingsmill and it was a natural to buy a condominium so we can visit with our grandchildren. We appreciate the beauty and opportunities that Kingsmill and Williamsburg have to offer.

We love Pelhams Ordinary and knew that this comfortable one bedroom would be perfect for us. We enjoyed decorating it and now want to share it with our VRBO and private friends.
