This is a quiet place to stay, very lovely property and very secure. The unit was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. It very centrally located. You can almost walk to Bush Gardens.

Great property! We stayed here for college move in and it was a good location/ very comfortable stay. We used the kitchen for making breakfasts and enjoyed playing board games a couple of nights.

We loved our time here! The condo was super clean, well-appointed, and provided a great place to relax after visiting the Williamsburg area. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Amy was a wonderful host and her attention to detail was very evident in the condo! We'd definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely condo and a nice place to relax between activities for a family wedding. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with spices and other essentials. Check for sugar and creamer for your coffee, it's probably there! The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. We enjoyed our last day popping popcorn and watching smart TV. It was way too warm for a fire, but that was also an option. It is walking distance to the Kingsmill resort building. Overall, highly recommend.

Spacious, well-supplied condo, perfect for our two week stay in Williamsburg. We especially loved the location - from coffee on the balcony overlooking woods and the golf course, to evenings by the water watching the sunset. Would stay here again!

Great location - close to all major attractions, historic sites, airports and roads. The condo was clean, well-situated, well-stocked with all necessities and comfortable. The host was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We greatly enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the location with its historic landmarks, living history museums, reenactments, etc. It was a great place to celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary. Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo at the Kingsmill resort in Williamsburg! The beds were comfy, the a/c worked super well, the condo had everything we needed, and Amy was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return to Williamsburg in the future and would 100% choose to stay here again!

Very nice Kingsmill unit. Perfect location for what we wanted. Well kept. Very clean and well stocked. The fold out couch had some crumbs/debris on it, but easy to change linens with extra clean linens available in closet. Would rent again!

Because we limit guests to a max of four, the fold out couch is rarely used. We do request linens pulled to alert cleaning staff however, apparently this may not have been done & apologize! Will definitely highlight this in our discharge instructions. Greatly appreciate this alert!
