Lovely 2 bedroom condo located in beautiful Kingsmill Resort!


Enjoy a relaxing stay in the resort section of the beautiful gated Kingsmill community.
Lovely 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Master includes Kingsize bed, recently remodeled bathroom with tiled shower. Second bedroom offers two full size beds and bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Two outdoor balconies with seasonal golf course, Wareham pond views from late fall to early spring(wooded the rest of the year).
Living room area includes wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa. Kitchen stocked with essentials including coffee, tea, spices , oils/ vinegar, condiments & much more.
Condo also includes two computer desks, 55 inch smart TV (own subscription required ) linens, towels , free Wifi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board & laundry.

**Please let us know if you are traveling with a baby/toddler. Certain baby essentials available to make your trip easier.

Kingsmill is perfectly situated along the banks of the James River. Less then 3 miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country & short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Duke of Gloucester Street, William & Mary, Jamestown Settlement , Colonial Parkway and everything else Williamsburg and historic triangle has to offer!

Rental of this condo includes access to miles of walking trails, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts, athletic fields with soccer goals "The Mill" full service coffee shop which also serves baked items, sandwiches, gelato - 5 minute walk from condo
The Spa at Kingsmill offers a wide array of services.

This is my third time staying in Kingsmill. With a child at William and Mary, this location works well. This condo is as described. The host is helpful and communicates quickly. The condo had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

We were visiting Busch Gardens. Kingsmill is a great resort. This condo was beautiful and very clean. Perfect for our family. Amy is a wonderful host and gets right back to you if you have any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice property and area!

Fantastic area to stay in and we felt very safe. Everything was supplied in the kitchen that we needed. Loved the extra ice trays for stocking our coolers each day. Master bed is comfortable, the shower is updated and extra large.
