We encourage guests to let us know right away if anything needs attention, and we feel terrible that we did not hear your concerns earlier so you could be more comfortable during the visit. We were fine tuning some A/C improvements, and as you suggest, have extended the cooling range. Although the security camera has NO view into the outside shower, it was visible from the outside shower. A barrier to block this view should eliminate the concern, and we thank you for noting this problem. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit to Old Silver Beach during this terrible pandemic. Dear Lisa, Thanks for your kind review. We are glad you had a nice stay despite unseasonable fog, cloudiness, and rain. We totally agree that sunny days make the beach, rear deck, and just being outdoors at a beach house more comfortable. We kept the charm of a “Cape-Cod-style, beach house” through carefully planned renovations. We regularly replace linens, towels, grill, kitchenware, etc., to ensure everything is up to date and in good working order. After Vrbo changes, this year, we inserted an estimate of the walking time to the private beach, then completely forgot to follow through. We have now fixed the error, thanks to your timed value.
