We were very disappointed in the property as a whole. We left the very next morning which ruined our vacation. Wasted money for sue. For us the property had an odor and there were other issues we just could not overlook.

*** We have nearly a perfect 10/10 rating from close to 200 reviews, so we ask potential guests to read them if you would like a true picture of our vacation rental, as we have been one of the best vacation rentals in Ocean Springs for nearly a decade. Please read the reviews before & after the one from this guest. It seems he has unfortunately left a retaliatory review because he did not get his way… For whatever reason, and I know an “odor” was not one of them, as I personally went over there as soon as this guest checked out to make sure it was left in good standing and there wasn’t any, this guest either needed or wanted to cut his stay short. Being he had booked a reservation for a full week, and did so more than three months in advance, we were unable to just refund him. As a courtesy, we offer to refund any money we would receive if we were able to rebook his nights last minute, but apparently, this wasn’t good enough for this guest and he left a ridiculous review. It truly is unfortunate, but it seems to be coming more and more prevalent these days with guests trying to get discounts or free stays by making things up. Sorry you felt the need to disparage a business that has had nearly a perfect rating for almost a decade.

Perfect house and location for a wedding weekend! Bottle brush is true to the pictures. The home is clean, has plenty of space, screened porch is nice for relaxing and kitchen has everything you need. Also rented the golf cart which I highly recommend to get around downtown. It’s close and easy to navigate. Very easy to communicate with host and quick to respond to inquiries. Overall was a great place for my family!!

This home has a great kitchen with a brand new refrigerator! Two blocks to downtown or if you want to stay home the screened porch is wonderful! Ocean Springs is very friendly with many great restaurants! Beach is only 1/2 mile away!

Couples trip

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood just steps from all the shops and restaurants . We enjoyed late evening drinks and early morning coffee on the beautiful patio. We would love to stay here again.
