About this property

New Modern Condo, Private Pool, close to the Malecon & Marina Cortez La Paz BCS

Escape to the tranquil shores of La Paz BCS, Mexico, where the warm Mexican sun moves in concert with the mesmerizing ebb of ocean tides. Centrally located and quiet, only two blocks from the famous Malecòn, condominium just built, super modern and elegant style.
The very safe position allow you to reach walking all tour operators to visit the fantastic “world aquarium” and at night to enjoy all typical “cervecerias” and best restaurants in town.
Condo is 1,950 ft2 (180 m2) composed by two floors finely furnished. On the First floor we have a big open space with two sofa bed, 45 Flat screen TV, stereo/CD/iPod docking station, and brand new air conditioners. We also have full kitchen with fridge, microwave and pot. On the same floor there is a half bathroom with washing machine. One master Bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe and full private bathroom.
The second floor a relax zone, a big bedroom with two queen bed, private wardrobe and full bathroom.
On the terrace you have a private swimming pool, ideal place to have a glace of wine watching astonishing sunsets. In this area you also have a little bathroom. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire condo, as well as by the pool
All guest have their own private secure parking lot with remote control.
We are 20 minutes from the airport. Ease into vacation mode in the comfort of our spacious elegant comfortable accommodations.

I enjoyed that the location is within walking distance to the malecón. The property is a nice getaway from the heat with plenty of air conditioning and the 2nd floor private pool is so refreshing. The shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water to cleanse after the day's activities.

We had a great time at this Condo in La Paz. It was relatively close to the ocean and tourist area and all aspects of the condo were fantastic. Pietro and Federica were super responsive to all of our requests and very helpful with some other questions that we had as well.

Great location, AC works great, the bed is comfortable. I also appreciated having a gate for the car. but the pool doesn’t overlook much except for construction going on across the street and there’s a loud rooster nearby who will be making noise around 4:30 AM. It’s no fault of the owners, but I personally wish I had known that in advance.

The property was very centrally located and easy to walk to wonderful restaurants and the beach and shopping. It was a little difficult for my older relatives to get to the pool/spa on the 2nd floor but it was doable. I would stay there again!!!!!

We were visiting to check out the beaches and snorkel a bit. The place is 3 or so blocks from the malecon. Good restaurants are within 2 or 3 blocks. Definitely would stay again.

Pietro was an excellent host; he was very responsive and had good suggestions for enjoying the location. The property was very well located, only 3 blocks from the malecon and excellent restaurants; it had lovely appointments throughout, was private and had full facilities. Lovely clean condo in great location

We had a quick stay of 4 nights of whale sharks and Balandra. This condo was perfect for comfortable sleep, appointed kitchen for breakfast in, perfect location for Marina La Paz adventure departures, lovely deck for relaxing afterwards, and safe area for walking to Malecon for dinner each night. Fantastic!

Beautiful Property

Although the property is only steps from el malecon and many restaurants, it is very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Federica and Pietro provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and were very fast responding to messages. The property was very secure and the roof patio with pool was a great addition.
