Belle unité au 2e étage, meublée avec goût dans le bâtiment Penthouse. 2BR / 2BA avec vue sur piscine, cour et golfe. 2BR / 2BA avec 2 lits king size et un futon dans la chambre principale. Les deux lits ont de nouveaux matelas posturepedic. Dormir un maximum de 6 personnes. Cette unit�� a un grand balcon avec des chaises confortables et des tables, donnant sur la piscine et la cour, avec une vue partielle sur la plage. Il est équipé d'une télévision 46 '' dans le salon et d'une télévision 32 '' dans la chambre principale avec câble et 2 DVR. La chambre principale a une douche en verre. L'unité dispose de nouveaux appareils électrom��nagers, de carrelage dans les zones d'entrée, de salle à manger et de salle de bains et de tapis dans le salon et les chambres. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec une cafetière, un grille-pain, des ustensiles pour faire griller, toute nouvelle vaisselle, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time staying at Silver Dunes. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived with plenty of room and we'll equipped. The extra amenities they offer the guests like the movie night and live music and s'mores on the pool deck went above and beyond. We will definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend to anyone to stay at Silver Dunes.

My Stay in 021

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When i go to check in i was told my room was unavailable because the A/C Unit was down. The replacement room 01 was in need of repairs and updates. i went the office and spoke with the manager about the problem. after about five minutes they told me they could put me in another room. 021 the room was much better, i was happy with the results.

Had a great time. Our first time staying at this condo and would book again.

I would definitely book another stay here. Had a great time. Only issue was when we arrived late Friday the main toilet did not work. We called the office first thing Sat morning to report and they took my phone number and said someone would call. No one ever called and toilet never got fixed. The water was even shut off to it

Some issues with the u it itself.The porch furniture is years beyond when it should have been replaced. It’s not enjoyable to sit on. Comfortable furniture would make us want to enjoy the porch more. Both sliding doors and screens are not functioning well from the first day we arrived. He master toilet doesn’t flush properlyA manual can opener would be great.Otherwise we had a great time

Nice place

This was a great place especially for a group of 7 like we had. You can’t see the ocean from the room so that sucks, but it was just a short walk to beach (3-5min). Walk was easy just take elevator or stairs then through courtyard or parking lot and you’re on the beach in no time. Loved the keyless entry for practicality of a group of 7. People could come and go as they please. Large balcony was nice!

Although the complex doesn't seem to be as well kept as in years past, overall experience was fine. Unit 21 needs a pipe rattling noise when a/c is on fixed, it's above the bed.

Dirty pots and pans, entry and kitchen had a lot of sand, broken chair on deck and A/C stopped working. Only had to endure 1 night with no A/C as Propertyt Mgmt were quick to fix the issue.

Perfect Family Getaway

The unit we stayed in had a view of the pool/courtyard. The walk to the beach was about a 3 minute walk. The waters were teal/emerald colored & the sand was so soft We will definitely be back!

Unit 21 stay during thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned for this a month ahead and made the reservation. We drove from Texas to Destin (12 hours drive each way) during thanksgiving week. We checked in late and next day morning a big construction noice (hammering, drilling etc) and it made us to woke up at 8 AM. I called the office they said this is normal during this time for repairs between 8 AM and 5 PM, so you have to stay with noise. I asked them can you reschedule your repair because the noise level is too high and I talked to the manager. She gave me two options 1- to vacate before 3 PM to get rest of you stay refund 2-discount 10 and stay with noise. I have to pick one because it was hard for me find another place to stay and I don’t want to spoil my vacation. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Destin Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the family atmosphere at Silver Dunes, and the fact it was a smaller complex. I was told on the phone that it was 'a totally updated unit', which was false. The unit was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. (Food in the couch, skewers in the kitchen, dirty toilets) The unit is directly next to the dumpster, and I had to ask twice for the trash to be removed due to the smell. The grounds were not kept up as well. There was spaghetti on the hallway floor that was not cleaned up for 5 days. We ended up leaving a day early. We will not be returning to Silver Dunes.
