Guest named on the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of check in and will need to provide a photo ID along with a credit card for any incidentals they may charge to the unit.

This is a timeshare property with dozens of units so carpeting, furniture and wall art will vary. A specific unit will be assigned at check in. Requests for a specific floor level may be made only at that time.

The resort provides guests with a full on-site staff including a 24 hour front desk, maintenance and housekeeping departments. It is the responsibility of the guest to promptly notify the appropriate department from the in-suite phone or in person at the front desk, with any questions or needs.
