Great property within easy reach of the beach and lots of room and amenities. Had more space and rooms than we knew what to do with! Owner was very responsive for any questions or needs that we had. My family and I had a fabulous stay. My adult children and their friends were entertained all weekend and the pool table room. We drove to the beach and used the available parking passes that came with the house and when we went to dinner in downtown, Bethany, we walked to and from downtown Bethany, it was about a 20 minute walk each way, we could’ve taken the trolley instead if we wanted to, but it was such nice weather to walk. The owner was very communicative and responded to all of my questions within five minutes, check in was easy, we were given the code and let ourselves in. We will definitely be back.!

We enjoyed our stay here, 4 generations gathered near Bethany Beach. This home has ping pong, pool table, 2 enclosed sunrooms, several TV’s, community swimming pools, tennis and pickel ball courts within walking distance. Nearby restaurants and shops and of course, the beach!

Had a great Family Reunion

The house was huge and nice. Had everything and knew if we needed anything, it was a phone call away. The owner was always available and was a wonderful host to ensure everything went well. If I could say one slightly negative, the courtyard by the grill (really nice grill but the grates are rusting) was really nice but absolutely filthy. We wished we could have sat outside for dinners but it looks like it wasn’t power-washed in a while. The pools were closed on Memorial Day weekend which was odd. Other than that, it was perfect for our very successful reunion of 20 people. I highly recommend this property.

House suited our needs but cleanliness was much to be desired. House had a musty smell throughout our stay even after A/C was turned on. Vents showed dust and grittiness, fan blades also showed accumulated dust and under the couch in the living room. Cleaning crew hired by owner is not doing an effective and thorough job. The outside grill and surrounding areas also need a good cleaning. The walls in all the rooms We enjoyed the pool

Great house in Bethany

The house was big enough to fit 15 of us all in our own rooms / areas. Beds were mostly comfortable (one downstairs was a little hard). Furniture was sort of cheap and it was not spotless but we weren’t in the house much! There is ping pong and foosball in the garage, boogey boards/some beach stuff, a big room upstairs where the kids hung out, and mostly we took the trolley or drove to the beach/arcade/boardwalk using the parking passes. We had t to rent sheets and towels which was a little unusual (we usually go to cape cod) and rough coming from California but Ina helped us figure it out. Ina was helpful and a good communicator. We had a really fun week and enjoyed our stay!

We had an awesome stay at this property and would book again if we'll be returning to Bethany Beach! I booked this property for a large friend reunion, and this house is perfect for larger groups. The house has two floors that are somewhat separate from each other, so also a great property for multi-family trips or trips where otherwise it would be helpful for everyone to have their own area. Property owner was very communicative and helpful, and while we didn't need to get in touch for anything urgent, I anticipate the owner would have immediately responded and done everything to resolve the situation. This property has four beach parking passes provided as well as access to the pool/tennis courts of the development its located in, which were nice touches. This property is in a very quiet, residential community, so this is a property that is a better fit for families and more lowkey, quiet groups (ie, this property is not a good fit for larger groups that will be partying / on the noisier side). The property has very pretty outdoor spaces (lots of fruit trees growing around the house) and outdoor seating / porches, which our group enjoyed using. Property is walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants/shops, which was convenient. One thing to be aware of is that this property doesn't provide towels / bed sheets, so you'll want to make sure to bring your own or use a linen service. Property does provide comforters/pillows for all the beds.

Great house…good location!

Ina’s house has enough rooms to comfortably accommodate our large group,. When we’re not at the beach, our teenagers are either playing pool/ / ping pong, hanging out by the porch or bike riding around the neighborhood. (Yes, they also have bikes available our for use). While parents enjoyed cooking In the well stocked kitchen or using the big outdoor grill. Overall, everyone had a great time! Ina is also avery generous host ..we were able us check in early and checked out as late as 1:30 pm. Communication with her is so easy and she was very understanding when one of the chairs in the master bedroom broke,..she did not charge us 😁

Family vacation

This house was more than capable of housing our family group of 22. The property manager is extremely attentive and no need went unfilled. Easy access to beach, shops, and community pool. You can use property parking passes, local shuttle ( only 25¢), or hourly pay-to- park when going to the boardwalk. We really enjoyed dinner at Harpoon Hanna's in Fenwick. Beautiful area!
