Updated pictures coming soon! Newly remodeled Duplex located within 1 mile of Lake George village. The upstairs/downstairs units are identical with an interior staircase connecting them. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, 1 bath, large living room, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Both units include a private porch outside of the living room. At the end of the day, enjoy the granite fire pit and numerous yard games while roasting marshmallows in a safe/quiet location. 1/4 mile from I 87. Ample Parking.

Wonderful family vacation

Very clean and convenient home The layout was great for a large family with plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. It has a well equipped kitchen on each floor. It’s conveniently located close to Lake George Village and has a private yard with fire pit, grill and lots of yard games. We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home!!

Perfect Lake George Trip

The property is beautiful! From details large to small, the owner has thought of everything. Beautifully appointed and so clean. I can’t remember a nicer stay anywhere. So much better than a hotel! What a gem!

My family has been renting from Mike for 4 years now. This house is lovely! Decorated beautifully and plenty of space to hold larger groups. Having the separated floors was interesting but worked so well for my family. The outdoor space is cozy and very inviting. It’s only 2 miles from the village and 7 minutes to the outlets. Being right off the northway was very convenient! I would highly recommend, this house does not disappoint!

This is my family’s second year in a row booking this house. Everything about this property is perfect! Before and during our arrival all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. As soon as you walk into the house you know/ smell that it has been freshly cleaned. Even better, you have everything you need (minus food and drink). You are provided with WiFi, clean towels and bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, clean dishes, coffee makers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The outside of this property is also amazing! We had two grills, a fire pit, hammock, and multiple games that we all enjoyed! Another amazing perk- you are approximately a 2-4 minute drive to the main strip of Lake George! My family and I are already picking our 2024 vacation week so we can book this house!

5 Star Lake George Family Getaway

This vacation home is AMAZING! Upon arriving at this location I noticed how clean, modern and tidy the house was. We were greeted with a welcome packet, clear WiFi directions, and to do packets about Lake George. The bedrooms are huge and easily fit the 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-5), comfortably. Not only was the house beyond comfortable, it was filled with amazing amenities such as WiFi, washer and dryer, a hammock (which provided hours of fun), a tv in the living room and all of the bedrooms and other entertaining outside games. Seeing as this house is literally two minutes from town, I didn’t think we would be spending much time in it. However, my children had such a great time just at the house, we ended up spending a few nights at the house roasting marshmallows and enjoying the property. I can’t wait to rent this house again next year!
