Catalina Foothills Comfort

Sparkling clean and very comfortable condo in the Catalina Foothills! Well-stocked kitchen and nice full-sized toiletries. The heated pool and spa were lovely and my husband used the fitness room several times. Great location- close to beautiful Sabino Canyon and eastern Saguaro National Park. Grocery store and restaurants are easy walking distance. Responsive/friendly owner. Would stay again.

Hiking Tucson

We are a couple in our 60’s who wanted to come to Tucson for a few weeks to escape winter and do some hiking in the desert. This property was perfectly located 5 minutes from Sabino Canyon and Ventana. Only a half hour from Catalina State Park and less than one hour from Saguaro National Park. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully renovated, comfortable and very well appointed. There was a beautiful pool area as well. When we arrived there were fresh flowers, chocolates and a bottle of wine. It was also generously stocked with paper products, toiletries, cleaning products , coffee and tea. All good quality. I also cannot say enough about Stefan and his wife . They were perfect hosts. Stefan responded to our calls and questions immediately. Overall , we couldn’t be more satisfied. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

Rating is 4.5 no way for half star In rating. Didn’t like automatic cleaning fee. Host was very nice and active military 👌 Pool chlorine seemed very high, irritated skin. Overall, very nice experience!

National Park trip

Overall, it was a great unitit to stay in. Downside, it took at least 30 minutes to get anywhere except Sabino Canyon. I would suggest adding instructions for turning off living area ceiling fan and supplying washcloths in the bathroom. There is no lockbox as listed on the checkout page.

Great one bedroom spot…well appointed, with dish soap, clothes soap, wonderful kitchen appliances.

Landlord/owner was very responsive in a timely fashion. Potential renters should be aware of steps (with railings)…13 to level of condo, and then 7 more into unit. Great location, very close to Sabino Canyon. In all, a wonderfully appointed one bedroom condo.

Perfect place to stay for the short visit I had. Terrific location, safe and very clean. Stefan was very responsive to any request I had, check in with easy check, out easy —overall very positive.

one month stay in the Catalina Foothills

A very good experience overall. The host was flexible and allowed me to alter the original arrangement. The condo itself appeared recently updated, everything was clean and nice. A large grocery store is across the street, less than a 5 minute walk. Really no negatives to mention. I would definitely stay again.

Nice clean condo, backside of the building with no view of beautiful scenery, but we spent most of our time outside anyway! Quite a few steps to walk up and down to get in the condo. Owners were very attentive! Would stay here again.
