We understand how frustrating it must have been to be without a functioning dryer, especially with a large group and an extended stay. While we appreciate that our maintenance team was able to respond, we regret that the issue was not resolved to your satisfaction during your visit. We are also sorry to hear about the problems with the grill and the kitchen ventilation. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and we understand the inconvenience of having to change your dinner plans and deal with smoke inside the home. Additionally, your concerns regarding the smoke alarms are being taken seriously and will be addressed immediately with our maintenance team to ensure all safety systems are functioning properly. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We regret that your stay did not meet expectations and apologize for the disappointment caused.
