The Tipsy Turtle is a luxury family style duplex. There are 2 sides: NORTH & SOUTH. Both sides have the exact same floor plan, and amenities. The only area shared by each side is the pool. This 5 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bunk Bed Bedroom, 1/2 Bathroom and 5 Full Bathrooms is UNBEATABLE! 30 steps to Surf City Pier, restaurants, shops, the aquarium, the grocery store, and entertainment.

Great family get away

The property was clean and very spacious. We had 12 people and had plenty of room. We had our own pool at our disposable which was great for our grandchildren. The location is excellent there are plenty of restaurants available within a 2-3 minute drive. This is our third time at Surf City first at this location and we are looking forward to next year. Connor the property manager was excellent. We had a couple of issues to deal with and he was very prompt and took care of our concerns.

Great place to celebrate Thanksgiving

The house was in an ideal location - right on the beach and easy walking distance to the pier and Surf City businesses. The living room and kitchen areas were very spacious and had a large seating capacity for our entire family to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed - we had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We had a great stay at the Tipsy Turtle!

This home has all the luxuries!

I could not have asked for a better house. It has an elevator, pool, oceanfront, Huge Kitchen and living area. We had so much room for everyone, the bedrooms were cozy and relaxing. I had teens with me, so the music was pretty loud no one complained because the house was pretty soundproof.

Amazing Vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The whole family had fun and the management was amazing and accommodating. They responded quickly when we had questions and they were very pleasant with us. There was alot of space for our very large party and we are looking into making it an annual trip for the family. Perfect house for us!

Family getaway

It was perfect location, walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, sweet shops, water the pier all the walking distance plus the teenagers in the 20 year old rented bikes and rode for two days. They loved every minute of it would go back. The house was beautiful a lot of steps, but Did have an elevator that helped group from six years old to 90 years old. Everyone enjoy their stay there.

Great Location

We had a group of 12 stay for a week in June 2024. The house is in a perfect location and close to the pier. The house was well appointed but missing some things that would have been helpful (plastic bowls, Rubbermaid containers, measuring spoons, hooks for towels on bathrooms, pool light, lights on deck stairs) but overall we enjoyed the house and would stay again. We had to be in touch with the property manager a few times and they were quick to respond.

Family vacation 23

Upon arrival the cleanliness was a little disappointing. The rugs were in need of cleaning, (which I vacuumed) or even replacing. Couches need shampooing. Home was surface clean, but needs a good detail and a lot of updates. Upstairs shower was broke and the ants wouldn’t stay away in the kitchen. Good Pots and pans, nor any pot holders are provided. Definitely need new pans!! Only we’re provided 1 extra trash bag.. Pool was moldy and full of floating mold.. upstairs sliding door barley opened, that’s even with lots of force.. Down stairs ocean view room had staples sticking out of mattress that cut one of the guest. Overall experience a 2 star and that’s because it was spent with family. We don’t normally like negative reviews, but this would need to be said for future guests expecting a little more for the price.
