À quelques minutes du Mile Hi Stadium, du Federal Center (1,5 km), du Colorado Mills Mall, de Belmar (Downtown Lakewood), de Red Rocks (15,4 km), du Denver West Office Park (5,6 km), du centre-ville de Denver (6. 1 mi). Train lĂ©ger sur rail disponible de l'aĂ©roport Ă  1/2 pĂątĂ© de maisons de notre maison. Parking gratuit (hors rue) et Ă©picerie Safeway Ă  seulement 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons. The rooms were clean and well appointed - excellent. The Safeway nearby had shut down. The location was excellent with the light rail close by. The street was quiet. I (at age 82) had trouble getting into my room after dark with the push-button lock system. The host was very gracious.

Excellent and cozy little room for 2, just what I needed in between some hiking and visiting family nearby. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!

The place was cute and quiet. Had everything i needed, everyone was very nice. There was just a weird smell i couldn't find it explain that wouldn't go away. Thankfully i didn't need to spend much time there.

The code to get in was wrong and I was never able to connect to the wifi despite seeking assistance from property manager. The furniture desperately needs to be updated but if you're looking for a place to just crash and the highlight of your trip is Red Rocks, not your accomodations, than it'll do just fine!

As advertised, perfect place to solo crash

Easy access, off street parking. Cute, quiet neighborhood off busy Colfax. Walking distance to groceries, if needed. Unit could be for two, but certainly easier with just one. Kinda tight around that bed to the smaller bathroom, but workable. Everything worked and great sleep.

Good StayI was there for work, so I wasn’t usually at the unit during the day and didn’t use the kitchen much beyond the fridge and microwave. That said, there was ample cookware, including additional items in the cupboards. Foil and other supplies were provided, which was convenient for packing sandwiches to take with me to work. The bed and washroom were sufficient, and I didn’t have any issues with either.There was snow while I was there, and it took a while to be cleared. There didn’t seem to be a way for me to clear it myself, but I’m originally from Canada, so this wasn’t a big deal for me.The location is very convenient, as it’s right next to the W-Line, which goes straight downtown.The living room furniture is more antique, but everything was clean and comfortable, with a vintage aesthetic. There were no strong smells in the unit beyond occasional normal home cooking—I’m not sure what the reviewer was referring to. A few times I noticed a acetone-like smell.As the other reviewer noted, there is noise from the hosts’ unit, mainly in the living room, mostly TV and conversation until about 11:00 PM. One night, however, I was woken around 1:00 AM by a conversation that lasted about an hour.If you’re a light or early sleeper this will be an issue, but overall the unit should work well for people. Wi-Fi was reliable, check-in was easy, communication with the host was smooth, the area felt safe and heating/cooling are controllable.

Delightful Comfortable Clean and Cozy

Our visit was wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and a little sight seeing. The suite was clean and well appointed. The furnishings were comfy and homey. Ease of access to apartment and local attractions, and great communication with our host made this a hassle free stay. I give 8 out of 5 stars!!! Would definitely stay here again!! Would recommend to friends and family, or business travelers.

Nice, quiet accommodation

Location was perfect. Apartment was cozy & comfortable. It was exactly what I wanted. Owner was helpful. Vrbo website, however, made it difficult to communicate with the owner, which wasn't the owner's fault. Property was great--vrbo website not so much.

Perfect location, I was visiting my father and it was very easy to get there... Of couse I arrived back at the house in the evening after dark and always felt safe. It was a very welcoming, comfortable space

I was a good location and price.Other than the few small things I listed the place was overall fine. They offered enough kitchen items to be comfortable. I would like to see beding in better conditon. The shower backed up and the apt overall had a wierd smell, maybe a little more attention to cleaning. You have to pull on the door to unlock and lock it.
