Este encantador estudio doble, grande, asequible y autónomo en la planta baja de esta casa victoriana de época en Barons Court (W14). El gran estudio es totalmente autónomo y, como tal, tendrá un "reinado libre" sobre el lugar. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con horno, vitrocerámica y lavadora. Barons Court está situado en el oeste de Londres, dentro del distrito de Hammersmith & Fulham. Great location!

Great Stay

Mia's place was fantastic. It was in a great location easy to get around within five minutes from tube station. Anything that you would possibly need Mia had and she was more than willing to take care of any issues you may have had. Mia was truly very accommodating and I would be more than happy to stay there again.

This apartment is a great bargain! The location is fantastic. The Barons Court and West Kensington Tube Stations are minutes away yet it’s so quiet. Mia is a perfect host - great communication before and during my stay and she has everything you might need in her clean and comfortable apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Mia is the absolute best!

This rental was absolutely Ideal!!! Great area with many accommodations!! Mia was an awesome host. She bent over backwards to help us out! She was hospitable in all aspects. Perfect London experience

We could not have selected a better spot for our trip to London. Mia was a perfect hostess. She was accessible and involved Just the right amount and I would give her 10 stars and two thumbs up. The studio was excellent for our needs and the location was ideally bear both tube stations, restaurants and grocery stops. We hope to be back soon! Nice location

The location of the property is very convenient, particularly for people landing at Heathrow (there is a Picadilly line station very close to the apartment). It was clean and well-maintained. Pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get. There are several stores (and a pharmacy) nearby, including at least one that is working late. The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful.

Charming London Flat

The apartment was in a very charming London neighborhood! Although the pictures were an accurate description it was even better in person! The owner was quick to respond and answer all my questions. She met me at the door and walked me through the apartment and gave an overview of the area. The area was quiet but with enough people walking around to feel safe. The flat will be my first choice on my next London visit :)

Perfect in every way!

We stayed here for about a week and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had renting. Mia is not only welcoming and incredibly kind she has thought of everything. She was available for questions and issues and checked in. Although we had zero issues. This is a great location for jumping on the tube and close to grocery stores and a lovely pub. I would definitely recommend this studio and we plan on staying again next time we are in London! Thank you for everything Mia!!

A 5-Star-stay

We so enjoyed our 2nd visit to London by experiencing it in the SE neighborhood accessed by the Tube. Mia was a superb communicator and her assistance in our trip planning was extremely helpful. The pictures accurately reflect the studio apartment. It was clean as a whistle, very well stocked with oodles of literature to peruse sight-seeing options in the city. The neighborhood had a lovely variety of restaurants and shops in close proximity and was very quiet at night. We appreciated the personal welcome and the incredible treat of providing us access to the Queen's Club tennis tournament only a few steps away! A memory to enjoy for many years. Highly recommend.

Great little gem

We stayed four nights at this great little flat. The apartment was perfect for us. The space was very well organized - comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, washing machine, nice bathroom and good tv. The location was fabulous - close to two tube stations that give you access to multiple train lines and most of all the big sites in London. The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet you are in a big city. There is a great pub down the street (Curtains Up) that we ate at two nights. The flat is also walkable to the Chelsea neighborhood and other great areas. Mia is a great host. She met us at check in and checked in with us during our stay and after check out. I would highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting London and you don't mind staying in a studio.

Convenient, well equipped

From the first email to checkout, the host of this property Mia was a pleasure to deal with. She thought of everything and was immensely helpful and kind. The flat is very conveniently located, a five minute walk to the Tube station on the Piccadilly Line, but far enough away from the high street that it's quiet and calm. It's about a 20 minute Tube ride to downtown London, but the area is also served by buses that have interesting routes east-bound for sight-seeing. The property is small, but very well equipped, with full cooking and cleaning supplies. It was lovely to have fresh milk in the fridge on arrival, to find power adapters and hairdryers in the drawer, and a full selection of maps, tour brochures and guidebooks available for reference. Only one cavaet - in the heat of summer, it can be very warm, particularly after having been locked up all day. But this is a small thing. The listing description is accurate and the photos reflect the flat exactly as we found it. It was clean and well-maintained, with a good folder of local information, details about garbage collection, local services, restaurants, checkout planning, etc.

Good Location, Nice Flat, Security Issues

We stayed in this flat in February 2018 and it's located within easy walking distance of the local tube station. It's a first floor entrance and was perfect for our needs as it was large enough for two adult travelers. However, the shower curtain doesn't fully enclose the shower since part of the tub/shower sits below an overhang in the roof. That left it drafty and chilly. Overall, the flat was comfortable and clean. The other issue we had was that I was robbed while staying here. It was our last day in London, and my birthday no less, and when we returned from a day out of sightseeing, all of my jewelry had been stolen. I called the flat owner but, since it was close to midnight, there was no answer. I filed a police report, but have heard nothing. While the jewelry itself wasn't of high monetary value, the items were sentimental which makes them irreplaceable. The flat itself was great, so it’s easy to see why the owner has so many good reviews. Unfortunately, any place that is successful with tourists will become a target for this sort of petty theft. I just want to warn other travelers that this flat does not have a safe and could use some additional upgrades, like a steel security door and more secure windows. The flat was nice, but there were security issues.

Central, very clean, well-appointed

We loved staying in this sweet flat. It was nice to be so close to Barons Court tube station, which has the Piccadilly and District/Circle lines, making access to main attractions fast and simple. The neighborhood also had quite a few nice places to get a bite to eat. Our favorite was the little C'est Ici coffee shop, right by the station. They had hearty sandwiches, pastries, good coffee, and some nice outdoor seating in the back. So convenient to grab a breakfast sandwich on our out in the morning! There was also a street about 5 min walk away that had a lot of restaurants and food shops (Tesco, Co-Op, Waitrose, as well as small grocers). The flat was well-appointed, with all the kitchen items we needed, as well as a fan (it was quite hot and humid while we were in London) and a bathtub. It was also nice to be able to open the windows to get a cross-draft. We did miss having a freezer because it was hot while we were there, but in most cases, we wouldn't have missed that at all. The tropical weather was a rarity! Mia was extremely responsive and helpful, giving us advice about the best way to get to places. While we were there, there was some kind of city-wide wi-fi issue and she was responsive in explaining what was going on. The only con I can think of was the noise, which is not something anyone can control. The flat is right next to the front door, so we heard the door slam every time someone came in or went out. But it's hard to avoid noise in a big city like London. All in all, it was a great experience. We would stay there again.

A perfect welcome to London

Perfect studio apartment located close to Barons Court station with easy access to Central London. It is a great place to stay where your neighbours are local Londoners and no tourists in sight. The apartment had everything I needed for my week in London. Mia is a great host and even added a Christmas tree to the apartment as a nice welcome. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

Mia was very responsive and was there to greet us. Great location near the Barons Court Tube line. lots of shops and restaurants. The small studio was perfect had all we needed.

Comfortable cozy apartment in nice quiet location

Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Conveniently located near 2 tube stations and a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Mia met us on arrival and gave very good instructions and advice. Also her communication before check-in was excellent.

Cozy apartment in perfect location

The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The neighbourhood is friendly. Restaurants, shops and the tube (takes you directly into the center of London) are in close proximity to the aparment. The hostess is very friendly. So all in all we really enjoyed our stay there!

Overall a good rental, but had some issues

The property host was very helpful and friendly and the check in was very easy and super quick, even on a bank holiday! We arrived during a heat wave, it was 90F and the apartment was probably 100 when we checked in. I messaged the host for a much needed fan and she had one over in less than an hour. It helped exponentially and we were so grateful! I picked this property because the reviews were so good, and they were not wrong - the host was amazing, the property was clean, the amenities were very good, and the location was great as it’s in-between two Tube stations on the District line which is very convenient for getting to a lot of the top tourist destinations. However I was surprised by a few details that were not mentioned in any reviews that I read but would definitely prevent me from staying at this property again or recommending it. First, the room is MUCH smaller than the picture makes it appear. The bed was extremely tiny and very uncomfortable, I’m 5’3” and my feet hung off the end. The shower only has about 2 feet of head room so I hit my head on the ceiling every time I showered. Most surprising, while the location is good for getting to the Tube and having restaurants and groceries nearby the street is extremely busy with both foot and car traffic and the apartment is literally on the street, someone can easily step from the landing into the window at the head of the bed. The morning foot traffic is very busy and noisy. If you have to have the windows open, which we absolutely did, people can see directly into the room and there is absolutely no privacy. The neighborhood also gets pretty dodgy at night, there is a pub literally steps away and there were drunk people walking past screaming and fighting every night which did not feel safe, especially as the windows have three separate locking mechanisms on them. There’s also no privacy in the bathroom so if you want to have that window open the entire back row of flats can watch you do your business! Lastly the walls are paper thin so we got to hear the neighbor’s domestic violence situation every morning and night. We even had to leave the property at 10:30 pm one night because the yelling was so bad, which again did not make me feel safe being out in the dodgy neighborhood at that time.

Wonderful stay in London!

Ideal location with easy access to the London Underground, the Tube. An easy to walk to Kensington High Street with fabulous shops and restaurants. I recommend Dishoom restaurant just off Kensington High Street for wonderful Indian food with a social conscious promoting unity for the world. Mia is wonderful, she accommodated us, allowing us to checking in early since our flight arrived at Heathrow at 6 am! She also communicated with us quickly, which always makes me feel at ease when renting. The flat was just right, with all the amenities needed, hair dryer, converter plugs to use with our US gadgets. Loads of mirrors, which us ladies know is a necessity with traveling! Kitchenette had everything we needed. I highly recommend Mia's place and would happily stay there again.
