Nuestra hermosa casa de 4+ BR / 3 BA está ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida y a menos de una cuadra del río en Gold Coast Estates. Encimeras de granito en toda la casa, con el piso principal que cuenta con una amplia cocina con barra desayunadora con capacidad para 2, una barra de café y área de cafetería, amplio comedor con capacidad para 10 personas, dormitorio principal (cama king) y baño principal con lavamanos doble, amplio sala de estar con seccional y 65 en TV, piscina / baño de invitados con acceso desde la piscina, segundo dormitorio (cama queen), una oficina con una cama futón (tamaño completo) y lavandería fuera de la cocina. El segundo piso ofrece 2 dormitorios con camas king en cada uno y un baño grande compartido.
Gran espacio al aire libre para entretenerse con una hermosa piscina con cascadas y bañera de hidromasaje, muchos asientos al aire libre y fogatas, una gran mesa de comedor para 6 personas, sillas adicionales y parrilla. También hay un muelle de 42 pies para su placer de navegación (se necesitaría alquilar un bote, hay varios lugares que los pueden alquilar en el área), y estamos a 20 minutos en bote del Golfo de México. Abajo del muelle hay otra área de descanso en el agua, así como una choza tiki para disfrutar. Acabamos de vender nuestra otra casa de alquiler aquí en el área y la compramos en enero de 2019. Nos encanta esta casa más que la anterior, la ubicación es increíble para paseos en bote, restaurantes, bares y mucho más. Las revisiones comenzarán a aparecer cuanto más se alquile, pero es como volver a empezar, ya que tenemos que poner esta aquí como una nueva lista para nosotros. Nuestra otra casa tenía reseñas de 5 estrellas, y sabemos que esta también lo será. Esperamos que vengas a quedarte en nuestra nueva casa y puedas disfrutarla tanto como nosotros. Su estadía incluye ropa de cama, todas las toallas baño / piscina / playa, jabón para lavar platos, jabón para lavar ropa, bicicletas y cañas de pescar, todo para su estadía.

Great house! Great location!

We had four adults over the holidays and really enjoyed our stay. Lisa provided us so much information before the stay and Jill was quick and easy to work with during the stay. Loved location, pool and having access to a boat dock. (Great boat rentals nearby we took advantage of.) Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Cape Coral Family Time

We stayed for 10 days and everyone had a great time. The house, pool, spa and outdoor space was wonderful! We rented a pontoon and boated to Sanibel which is only an hour away. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect family vacation

The house was awesome for our family! We had plenty of room for 6 adults and we spent most of our time outside by the pool and hot tub!! The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need! The neighborhood was great to walk around. It is located close to many restaurants. We would definitely go back again. We love the Cape Coral area!!

Beautiful home with great location

This home was nothing short of amazing!!!! Our days always started down at the tiki hut, on the water drinking coffee, and ended with swimming in the amazing pool and the hot tub! We took advantage of the boat dock and rented a pontoon boat for a couple days! Saw dolphins and huge iguanas! The whole experience was perfect and we highly recommend staying there!

Girls Getaway

We loved this property! The layout was perfect for our large group. I did plenty of research to find everything I needed and this place did not disappoint. Plenty of space - large beds-enough outdoor seating for all of us to enjoy the night whether it was card playing or enjoying the fire. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Perfect Again

This is our 2nd time staying at this amazing vacation home. There were 7 of us total. There's plenty of space inside and the outside area is our favorite. We enjoyed the Lanai and pool area daily with meals around the table, poker night, and lounging in the pool. We are already talking about our next stay.

The perfect place for our family

Our stay at this house was exactly what we were looking for in a family getaway. The pool area was amazing, which is how we spent most of the day. We loved the outside area and made use of the tv in that space as well. Very good communication with the owners, and the house was even better than described in the listing. We most likely will be back again. We enjoyed our time so much that we wound up extending our stay an extra night!

One week wasn't long enough!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property has so much to offer guest and we loved seeing the burrowing owls, dolphins off the dock, lots of birds and lizards, and even the release of a manatee at the local park! We spent quite a bit of time on the lanai, in the pool, and fishing off the dock (had to buy a 7 day fishing license). The only downside to my stay is that I wish we stayed longer and would love the chance to return to this beautiful home.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and even bake a birthday cake for my daughter. We've rented many houses and this was the first one that had plenty of large food storage items and it was very much appreciated. I like to cook ahead so we can enjoy our vacation and I can spend less time preparing meals after long days of fun. Thank you again!

Perfect Vacation Home!

We had an absolutely delightful, comfortable stay in this house! We had 5 adults and 1 teenager. This house offered something for everyone! We enjoyed the bikes, the pool and hot tub, the tiki hut by the canal, and the burrowing owls in the front yard. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and the coffee bar was such a nice touch! We loved everything about it. Lisa and Jill were great communicators. We certainly hope to visit again someday.

Great experience

We had a family of four, plus two grandparents, and this property was perfect for all of us. We were there for baseball/vacation, and the house had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, all the kitchen needs you may have, great washer/dryer, and the outdoor space was amazing. We rented a boat while we were there, and the dock was great, and the location allowed for easy in/out of the river/gulf. My wife and I still had to do some work remotely, and the Wi-Fi was strong and the office was perfect for a few work sessions. Great location with quick trips to grocery, gym and restaurants. Wish we were still there!

Perfect Home for Vacation

Lisa was amazing to work with. Very responsive and great communication. She worked with us and allowed us to reschedule our vacation due to a death in the family. Home is very well stocked with everything that you need. Great location. Perfect boat dock for our rental boat and super cute tiki hut. The lanai and pool were fabulous and many hours spent in the pool with our 4 year old grandsons. You know it’s a perfect vacation home when you don’t even watch any tv during your 10 day vacation. Great access to Ft Myers, Matlacha, Pine Island and of course Sanibel Island.

This Property Has It All!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Big covered outdoor area with lots of seating to eat, lounge or play games around the tables. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Fully stocked kitchen (seriously can't think of one thing to add)! Office came in handy as kids had to be "in school" while we were there. Lots of nice little extras, charging station for devices, blue tooth speaker for outside, games and cards. Super fast replies from the owner. We hope to return soon!

Terrific holiday in Cape Coral

This is the nicest VRBO rental we have stayed in (of many). Stayed for 10 days over Christmas/New Year's with family of 7 adults and two small children and had everything needed for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The home's best feature is the comfortably furnished lanai where we spent most of our time. But living space, kitchen, bedrooms are also all nicely furnished and well maintained. Unlike many other places, no hidden costs such as extra charges for electricity or more people. The location is also great for both North/South access in Cape Coral and close to Midpoint bridge for access to Fort Myers. Lisa was very helpful to deal with it prior to booking and before arrival. Highly recommended.

New Years family vacation!

Every year we take our family for a Christmas/New Years family vacation which consists of our children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren! This house was perfect for 3 families! We watched movies in the evening in the large family room. The house was roomy and well laid out! Well stocked with everything you need for time away from home! The outside area was really nice and great for having meals and watching sports on the TV while the kids swam. We were super excited to see the burrowing owls that live in the front yard! We would definitely rent this house again for a future trip to Cape Coral. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had an amazing time!

Everything You Need

We had a great week! The owls greeted us as we arrived. The house was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable! Each time we had a question, Jill was quick to respond. We loved the outside area! We rented a boat from Florida Adventures Boat Rentals and John was amazing to accommodate our requests. We docked the boat right outside the back door! It was so nice to load all our beach gear on the boat, and then take a boat ride to Sanibel or Ft. Myers for the day. The light switches are my only complaint, and by the end of the week, I was starting to figure the out. There was also one of the TVs not working, so the teenage boys had to go without a tv, but I think they survived! 😂. Everything you get is just minutes away. It was a great week and I highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect property, great location...Fantastic vacation!

We had a family of 8 people (kids all 20 years of age or older) and this property was just perfect for our group! House, patio, pool, spa and tiki bar were as advertised. Owner and property manager were easy to work with and very quick to respond to our questions. I asked Lisa (owner) about her favorite restaurant in the area and she proceeded to provide me with a review of about 20 restaurants (and I am not exaggerating). I hope she has that information handy for others because it was very useful and her reviews were spot on. We enjoyed the pool, spa and patio area everyday as a group and the bedrooms gave us an ample amount of private space to unwind as well. We rented a boat during our stay and the location of the house was very convenient for accessing the Caloosahatchee River to get down to the Gulf. Honestly, I do not have one negative comment to make about the property or process with the owner. Also, I believe the pictures do not give a fair representation of how much space you truly have inside the house and outside on the patio (larger spaces than appear). I definitely would stay here again upon return to Cape Coral/Fort Myers!

Another amazing Christmas vacation at this house

We stayed at this house 2 years ago with our family which consists of our 2 adult children, their spouse and 2 grandchildren. It was amazing then and was even better this Christmas (2022) since the 8 of us stayed for 2 weeks! The house is laid as to give each family some privacy but also has a large table for family meals. The guys loved sitting outside watching sports while the rest of us watched movies in the family room or the kids swam. The kids caught blue crabs off the dock (which we threw back) and also saw 3 dolphins playing one afternoon! That was super cool. The neighborhood is quiet, you can walk or ride bikes, if that is something you like to do. We met one of the neighbors who always spoke to us anytime we were out front. This house is super clean, well stocked and in a great location! You definitely can’t go wrong renting this house! Owners are great! We have already rented this house for our next 2 week family Christmas vacation in 2023! Check it out! You won’t be disappointed! Danna

Family Christmas vacation!

This house is amazing! We have used VRBO for many years for all our family vacations but this is our favorite house! We have stayed here 3 times and plan to come back again next year! The house is set up great to accommodate several families. Plenty of room to allow movies in the family room, sports on the TV out by the pool while the kids swim. We cooked and ate our meals outside when we weren’t checking out the area restaurants. Grandkids were in and out of the pool and hot tub multiple times a day! Neighbors are very friendly and we walked several mornings. Our grandchildren loved checking the crab trap several times a day! They caught several which thrilled them to get their picture made with a crab! 🦀 As we were packing to come home, our granddaughter wanted to know if we were coming back next year! As long as we can travel, family vacations are where memories are made and we will be back! ❤️ Our family consists of my husband & me, our son & daughter, their spouse & 2 grandchildren. You will not be disappointed in this clean, beautiful spacious house! Owners are amazing!

Wonderful!!

Great house in Cape Coral! Coastal decorated tastefully. Large enough for 4 adults 2 children to be together and yet have their separate spaces when needed. Beds in all rooms were very comfortable, so relaxing. View of pool from dining room, living room, master, kitchen and first floor bedroom. Also has another room downstairs to use as an office if need to do some work...hopefully not!! The dining room off from the kitchen has a super large table that seats 10! Awesome! Sitting nook in the front of the house great for morning reading and oh! look out the front window and in the front yard we spotted a burroughing owl that made a home there...was so cute it became a ritual to watch every morning and throughout the day. The lanai was the gathering area with table and chairs for six and another cushioned seating area, all in great condition. The pool was inviting and refreshing and when we were not out on the boat the lanai and pool is where we spent most of our time. Such a quiet, peaceful area. Sad to leave! Thank you, Lisa. We will definitely be back again!!

My husband and I love Florida!! We owned a Wyndham Brand hotel that we sold in 2015, so we decided to buy a home that needed work in Florida and fix it up, which we did and kept for 3 years and we just sold it in January 2019. We then bought this home, which we absolutely love!! This home has an awesome location, great views, and gulf access. We have made many friends in Florida and absolutely love coming down here. We hope you enjoy it as well. I am a Licenced REALTOR in the state of Iowa since 2001, and we own and manage several rental properties where we live since 1995. I have a REALTOR and friend of mine in FL, managing this property for me as far as checking the guests in/out, but I will do the rest of the rental process with you. It's Gulf Access, and nestled in the Gold Coast Estates it's perfect so you can rent a boat and head to the beach or one of the islands, as many of our guests have. The Calming views and Tranquility are amazing at this lovely home. And did I mention that we are literally close to everything such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bars, the beaches, everything!! It's an Awesome property at a great price.

It's Gulf Access & located in a lovely neighborhood. The views are amazing here, we love looking out to the water as it is just peaceful. The Tiki Hut is awesome for morning coffee or a 5 o'clock somewhere drink. We love that we are close to the 47th Terrace where there are tons of restaurants and bars down there. As well as the Cape Coral Beach & Yacht Club.
